I received a box of this at a discount for my elderly dog. I waited to open the box, as my dog was taking another joint supplement that was working and I had quite a bit of. He got past the abilities of the other supplement last month and after finding a way to feed him the supplement without having to share with his little brother, we began the journey. I received a pop up on my e mail for a new product called Extend Joint Care. They were offering one month supply of Advanced Joint Support for your dog Free if you paid the shipping. I used my bank card to order the product and soon received the powder. My dogs will not eat their food when I sprinkle the Extend Joint Care product over it. I received another box of the product and thought it was strange, but did not call to ask why. When I received the third box, I called and after trying to get someone on the phone, gave up and finally called again about two weeks later. I was told that I had agreed to a subscription program when I requested the free month of products. If you look at the web site for this product there is no mention of the price of the product which is $69.95 a month. And there is no mention that you are signing up for a subscription program and that you will receive a monthly supply forever. When I requested my money back, volunteering to send the unopened boxes back, I was told that since it had been more than 30 days, I could not get a refund on the one order, and the best she could do was offer me 50% of the last months price back. When I said that wasn't good enough, and after quite a bit of yelling, I was give an additional $10.00 refund. So, I have three boxes of this product that I can't use, only one month did I order, and $139.98 being deducted from my checking account and only getting $49.99 refunded back. Don't buy the product, don't fall for the one month Free just pay shipping, and if you think you want the product, buy it from Amazon...It's cheaper, you can always return it, and if you have Prime you don't pay for the shipping.
