Walking in the woman working greeted me with a smile and hello, I'm here if you need me. Loved that!! She actually helped me with the door to carry clothes in The machines were very big and you could tell are cleaned often threw out the day. I only used the x-large washer which holds about 2 close to 3 loads. Then dried them at home. I give this experience a 5 out of 5 customer service was amazing and it's important especially when somebody is already having a bad day. Nice job

The floor is absolutely disgusting, looks like someone hasn't swept in there for years. There was a cigarette on the floor in there and in the dryer and the garbage can was filled to the top with flies around it. I felt gross even washing my blankets there. And also the slot where you put your detergent on the big commercial washers, there is mold everywhere on it. I'm disgusted. There's absolutely no excuse for that place to look the way it does. I would buy the place and fix it up if it was for sale

This review is for THREE great cleaning experiences with Shayla and Martina within just a two-week…read morespan -- *insert facepalm*. Shayla was very responsive each time I reached out and was able to schedule each cleaning within a couple of days of me reaching out. She was diligent in checking in during and after each cleaning, even sending me photos of the job during my first cleaning when I was not local yet. A few days after I moved in, I needed someone to clean out debris from my two fireplaces due to a chimney-removal job. Shayla was able to send Martina right over -- though we had a small snafu with the type of vacuum that Martina had on hand -- the dust from the brick was so fine that the standard vacuum didn't have the proper filter to keep the dust from flying all over the first floor. But Martina was great and adjusted her methods with the second fireplace in our second floor. A few days after that, I had to call them AGAIN because I had spilled paint on my carpet. Needless to say, I will definitely be keeping Truly Fresh on speed dial for all my future special cleanings!

My sister-in-law and I both scheduled alterations for bridesmaid dresses several weeks before an upcoming wedding. We understood that the timeline was somewhat tight, but the dresses were accepted and we were told they would be completed in time. As the wedding got closer, we reached out for an update and were reassured that the dresses would be ready for pickup on Friday. We made arrangements around that information and planned to pick them up and try them on. When we called on Friday to confirm, we were suddenly told that the dresses would not be ready until just two days before the wedding. Because of the extremely short timeline, anxiety, and lack of communication we immediately picked up our dresses and had to find another seamstress at the last minute. When we got the dresses back, we discovered that the gowns had not been touched whatsoever. The biggest issue for us was not simply that the dresses were delayed. It was the lack of communication and being told they would be ready when, in reality, the work had not even been started. Thankfully, we were able to find someone else to help us as an extreme Plan B, but the situation caused a lot of unnecessary stress so close to an important event.
