The photographs were okay, but not great. The poses were unimaginative, and she didn't even bother to let us know when my daughter's hair needed to be brushed out of her face (so we have a bunch of pictures with her hair over one of her eyes). For a family photographer, she did not seem to be very good with kids (and was overall not very friendly). Therefore, instead of genuine smiles, we got a lot of photos with my four year-old trying to fake a smile (resulting in a squinty-eyed grimace). Customer service was not very good. Before the photo session her emails were rather short and sometimes abrupt. After the session, she did not even bother to respond to two polite inquiries about timing. Plus, she was very expensive compared to other quotes that were given to us. Unfortunately, the other photographers were not available on short notice. For the money we paid, I expected better pictures and better service. read more
