I think it's been open 3 weeks now and I agree with the other reviewers, it got very busy from 7pm. Service was a bit slow, however, we'll overlook this since the restaurant is still very new and there was a job advert on the door for more chefs. The paper and pens for the kids kept them very busy so they didn't notice. As I've discovered elsewhere for Pizza Express, they've made a nod to the local community in the decor. In the Fleet branch this means that the walls are decorated with old posters from the Fleet carinval. Nice touch to remind you where you are ;-) when you're in a major restaurant chain. Can't say the same when I'm in other places. The Pizza Express menu has got some new items now and I couldn't resist trying them; for starters I had little balls of risotto rice mixed with ham and peas. Delightfully tasty. For mains, there was a choice of dishes from an Italian chef called Theo. My wife and I each had one and they were excellent - mine had anchovies, peppers and a special smooth cheese. Presentation was a bit different because they came on baords instead of plates. Dessert was a small frozen nut and cream pot which was absolutely delicious.
