And the owner Ron is a Big A. Literally a big one. I went here for years to find out I was being bamboozled for a very long time. Thank God he made me buy my chain back instead of letting me pay interest. He said I needed to buy it the last time or I would lose it. What kind of crap. Do not bring your business to The Pawnshop. The Mexican guy is super cool. The rest of em can beep my beep. This place is a no go don't even put them on your list. Check other places you will get a better deal FOR SURE. 2 thumbs down for The Pawnshop.

One of the worst experience I have had with any business. All could have been avoided with a simple…read morephone call back. I saw an ad on Craigslist for a watch on sale. I called the business to let them know I was highly interested. I worked out a deal and arranged a pick up time. I told them I was coming from Ontario, which would have taken me roughly 2 hours depending on traffic to arrive. They were understanding and said that was fine and they would see me then. After rushing after work to head there, I made it on time and when asked about the watch, they told me it was already sold. I told them I was the one who called earlier and after a brief discussion with each other, that is when I was told, they don't put items on hold and it's first come first serve. Shocked at the information just given to me, I repeated that I called and arranged the pick up time and everything, but they stood there in silence before telling me "sorry, it's been sold". Knowing anything I said next would not get me the watch, I nodded my head and said "ok, thanks" and promptly left the store.

This is a great place to shop if you're interested in watches made/owned by the Fossil watch group…read more This includes, Michele, Tory Burch, Kate Spade, Michael Kors, Anne Klein, and Armani! Most expensive of course is Michele, because their watches come with 14k gold and real diamonds. The watches (with metal banks, not rubber) range from $700-$2,000+. They're usually 50% of the ticketed price. Prices are almost identical to the watch prices at Nordstrom Rack. Good selection of silver, gold, and two-tone designs. Nothing special mechanically, but looks fancy. I believe Anne Klein Watches and Kate Spade watches were very affordable, like $50 or so? Definitely under $100. Great for gifts! Many many cute Kate Spade designs. Perfect for the high school/college kid. If you want the original branded box, it's an extra $8. What's great though is they will adjust the watch strap for free for you after you buy it! They also sell a little bit of Fossil and Michael Kors jewelry.

I walked up front and a guy, I believe his name is Hector, told me they do it for $16.99 including lifetime warranty. I was like that's a good deal. He replaced my batteries on the spot and charged me $17.50 including tax. They take credit cards, Visa and Master card. Hector was super friendly and nice as he explained everything to me. Other than replacing batteries, they sell nice watches at a descent price. Store was clean and the people in here were super nice. I'd definitely recommend them if you need your battery replaced or just looking to buy a watch. The store is within the Las Americas outlet. Highly recommend!
