Prices seem reasonable for the designer brands they have. You can deposit for an item you like too I believe. Cash usually speaks louder though I think. So, browse, find something you like, and come back with the dinero. $$$ We happened to come here a while back for an anniversary ring for my wife and got a great price. She really liked the style of it and they gave her another deal on a smaller ring for just like 75 bucks more. The items normally retailed for at least twice the price. One of the worst experience I have had with any business. All could have been avoided with a simple…read morephone call back. I saw an ad on Craigslist for a watch on sale. I called the business to let them know I was highly interested. I worked out a deal and arranged a pick up time. I told them I was coming from Ontario, which would have taken me roughly 2 hours depending on traffic to arrive. They were understanding and said that was fine and they would see me then. After rushing after work to head there, I made it on time and when asked about the watch, they told me it was already sold. I told them I was the one who called earlier and after a brief discussion with each other, that is when I was told, they don't put items on hold and it's first come first serve. Shocked at the information just given to me, I repeated that I called and arranged the pick up time and everything, but they stood there in silence before telling me "sorry, it's been sold". Knowing anything I said next would not get me the watch, I nodded my head and said "ok, thanks" and promptly left the store.

I walked up front and a guy, I believe his name is Hector, told me they do it for $16.99 including lifetime warranty. I was like that's a good deal. He replaced my batteries on the spot and charged me $17.50 including tax. They take credit cards, Visa and Master card. Hector was super friendly and nice as he explained everything to me. Other than replacing batteries, they sell nice watches at a descent price. Store was clean and the people in here were super nice. I'd definitely recommend them if you need your battery replaced or just looking to buy a watch. The store is within the Las Americas outlet. Highly recommend!
