Great job. My windows are sparkling. They came out with a 4 guy crew and cleaned all my windows inside and out plus screens and even cleaned out sliding door tracks and unexpectedly even cleaned my bathroom mirrors. Matt and two more guys came out this morning to clean our windows. We have a 4000 sq ft two-story house with a TON of very large and arched windows. They cleaned our windows inside and out + screens (power washed) in about 5 hours. They even cleaned our screen doors! Price was very reasonable. They are very nice guys who do good work and do it very fast. They even removed their shoes while inside! Couldn't ask for more. As I walked Matt outside, I noticed he had an American flag waving from the back of his truck. I also learned he had immigrated from the Ukraine 27 years ago. I can't help but think in a time when patriotism and standing for our national anthem/flag has become such a big social issue, how Matt's humility, willingness to work for what he has, and patriotism for his new country is the epitome of what has made this country so great! Homeowner / Biz owner BEWARE !! I hired this company to do window cleaning and they did over $ 10,000.00 in damage to my windows at my home . I was charged an extra amount due to the fact that the home was newly built and they didn't do anything to prep windows any differently and in the process scratched over half of the windows . When I called the owner of the company he came to my home acknowledged that his workers had indeed done the damage and ran from inside my home to his truck to get away , then changed his story afterwards and blamed someone else . I give Express window cleaning o stars. They did an ok job but did not remove any of the hard water spots. When we called Matt out to check on the work he said they did not do hard water spots because of his health and if we wanted the water spots removed it would cost an additional $40.00 per window. We paid 250.00 for the window cleaning and another 100.00 for the mini blinds. This seemed like a fair price. He was recommended so we did not shop around. I asked Matt to either clean the windows for the price we paid or refund our money and we would find a company to do a proper job. Also his workers used our bathroom without permission and left urin on the toilet and the floor. Disgusting! They also left a large water streak down an inside wall. Matt the owner walked out of our conversation and just drove away. Not professional and not stood experience. I would not recommend them at all. read more

I recently had my windows & blinds cleaned by Express Mini Blind & Window Cleaning; I have used them before & was happy with the results; this time, not so much. To be fair I did not check everything when they were finished, because of my prior experience with them I didn't think I needed to. However, this time some of the window tracks were not cleaned, some of the framing around the glass was not cleaned & there was dirty water spots left, one of the end caps on the blinds in one of the bedrooms was broken & left on the floor, one of the strings on the blinds in one of the other bedrooms was broken & left hanging, and today while working at my desk, I happened to look up at the blinds on the living room window & noticed the valance slat was sticking out so I got up to look at it; the valance is in 3 pieces & they were not snapped back together, were not put back on correctly & were crooked & both end caps were missing; these blinds were custom made a few years ago so I am not able to get those replaced now (because I have drapes hanging at each end of the window/blinds, I did not notice it until I looked up at an angle). Very disappointing as I previously had good experiences. Because I didn't think I needed to, I didn't watch as they worked so I don't know who did what (there were 3 other workers besides Matt). I did recommend the company to another neighbor before I found these problems & now I feel like I need to retract that recommendation so I don't lose a friend if they get the same disappointing results. read more

I've used Express for several years now and keep calling them back every year. They are considerate with the interior of your home--I have light carpeting and they always remove their shoes to do the inside windows. In addition to the blinds, windows, and screens, I also have them power wash the exterior and they do an excellent job. Last year, I had a screen laying aside that I was planning to take in to get rescreened--they did that too for me for a few extra bucks! This company aims to please you, and goes out of their way to make sure you are satisfied with their work. Oh, and their prices have stayed the same since I began using them. As long as they are in business and keep doing such good work, I will continue to have them spring clean my house every year! If they clean gutters, I'll have them do that too. read more

Very poor blind cleaning service, not sure where to start. They were late for the appointment (they did call but 1/2 hour past the time they were supposed to arrive). They left dirty water spots on my blinds that I ended up wiping off myself. They also left dirty hand prints on one of the walls above the blinds The 2 really dirty blinds by the stove I had them come back out for. It took them a week to come back out and then they did not come out on the day they were supposed too and did not call ( I left 3 message tat day with no response). He said that they had it down for the day he came out which was the next day. He was late for that appointment also and called again about 45 minutes after the time frame given. He was not apologetic in any way and kept telling me he drove all the way from Elk Grove to re-clean my blinds like he was doing me a favor. I also had an issue with the material on one other blind and all he kept saying was it wan't his fault. I was so furious & disappointed that I just told him to redo the 2 blinds and be done with it. Maybe my 9 little blinds were not a big enough job for him to care about. I would not recommend them for blind cleaning. read more
