Check in was smooth and fast, although a paper index card was required to be filled out (not sure…read morewhy when everything is automated.)  The room was clean, spacious, furniture a little dated, microwave and refrigerator was nice along with some toiletries, but no iron, safe, or hangers for the clothing rack (no closet.)  Bed was comfortable and very high up.  This was fine for me but not my spouse, who banged their leg trying to climb up. Water pressure for the shower/tub was great, our only concern was there was no tub grips or rubber mat to prevent someone slipping, as the surface was very smooth. Also, not a very handicap accessible-friendly property. Only one handicap parking spot and no rooms were available on the lower floor for someone who has a tough time with stairs and heavy luggage, and there was no elevator.  Stairs were steep and very narrow.     We always check the windows when checking in to any motel, and sure enough, the window to our room was unlocked.  Anyone could have easily slid open the window and climbed in. Once locked, it was secured, and the room door had sufficient security locks on it, so we did feel safe. There was no drop box to deposit the room key, and when we checked out, no one was in the office.  We felt uncomfortable leaving the key on the counter but there was no other place to leave it. Overall, considering the prices of the local area hotels, it's an affordable, decent, no-frills place for an overnight stay.

I showed up tonight and I was told they don't have a room after driving 800 miles she was rude!! I stayed there a couple of times 5 years ago now it's run down and Google is saying a lot of bugs in the room. It's a shame you get treated that way. There was only 1 car in the parking lot I will never stay there again they rent to Section 8 low-income and what hotel still has smoking rooms it's a disgusting place that needs to be torn down look elsewhere.

We had our wedding reception and ceremony in the Coral Ballroom at the Days Hotel by Wyndham and…read morehad an absolutely wonderful experience. As a couple planning a smaller wedding (approximately 50 guests), we were looking for a venue that would feel elegant and special without needing a huge guest count, and this venue exceeded our expectations. The ballroom had a beautiful modern hotel glam feel, and the blue uplighting gave the entire reception a dreamy atmosphere. The ceremony space was thoughtfully partitioned from the ballroom, creating a special reveal for guests afterward. The room layout also worked perfectly for a smaller wedding because guests still had plenty of room to mingle and dance while keeping an intimate feel. Lauren, the maître d', was incredible throughout the entire process and truly functioned as a day-of coordinator as well. She and her team handled vendor coordination, guided the ceremony flow, helped elderly family members get seated comfortably, and made sure everything stayed on schedule even when our getting-ready timeline ran tight. I was especially impressed by how beautifully they incorporated our personalized decor with the hotel's decor -- especially the sweetheart table. The food was outstanding. The cocktail hour included numerous hot and cold stations, hors d'oeuvres, pasta, cheeses, breads, and more. Guests especially loved the mini spanakopitas and mini reubens. Dinner was delicious, and our NY strip steak was cooked perfectly, and the trays of mini desserts passed around with the cake topped off the dinner perfectly. Our vegan and vegetarian guests were also very happy with their accommodation. We did experience one small seating/table numbering mix-up on the wedding day, and the staff did try to accommodate us; everything ultimately worked fine. As an added bonus, we had three rooms in their hotel for two nights as part of our package. I stayed in the Honeymoon Suite for both nights, which had room for my glam squad to do my and my MOH and mother's glow ups for the wedding. The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff had a towel heart on the bed, similar to a cruise ship. Champagne and a dish of the mini desserts were waiting for us after the wedding. The beds were comfortable, and I was so thankful for the care they took of us during our stay. Our bridal party in the other rooms like the accommodations as well. And honestly, it was a God send to just hop on the elevator with my dad, walk across the lobby to enter the ceremony space. I am so thankful for the experience and ease of it all. Overall, we highly recommend this venue, especially for couples looking for a beautiful and affordable smaller wedding venue that still feels elegant and memorable.

For that price, I would have expected at least some coffee in the morning, or even a bottle of water in the room. The rooms were large and the check in process was quick, though the front desk was not the most helpful at the time. The lighting in the rooms was not great, but this did not affect us too much since we did not spend much time at the hotel. The continental breakfast was as expected. The reason for this review however is the circumstances that occurred after our wedding night. After about 4am, there was significant screaming by a single shirtless male individual on the third floor of the establishment followed by banging on doors and a loud thud. Content of the screaming including dying people, trying to find his children, and God being out for everyone. After calling the front desk, we were informed that the "thud" was the front desk associate hitting a wall after being head butted when he tried to confront this person, and that the police were informed. During this time, we were texting with our guests who were also awakened by this disturbance (we found out later that one of our friends was cowered behind her bed as the banging was directly on the room next to hers). Probably 15-30 minutes later, the police arrived; we could hear the confrontation as well as multiple taser discharges. The disturbance continued on for at least another 30 minutes until what we assume was sedation provided by paramedics. Needless to say, we did not fall asleep after this. In the morning, when we went down for breakfast, there was still significant blood both in the elevator bay as well as stairwell (videos below, do not open if you do not like blood). Given this event and how it affected us and our guests on our wedding night, we asked if compensation for one night could be provided to affected individuals (noting that those on the second floor were not awoken, thankfully). When we discussed this with management that morning, as well as in follow-up emails, we were told nothing could be done given this was not the fault of the hotel and the individual was not a hotel guest. In our opinion, we feel that at minimum, the blood could have been cleaned up in the 3 hours between the event and when we went down for breakfast and consideration should be made for installing swipe access to guest floors to prevent such an event from happening in the future. If you are hosting a wedding in the nearby area, you may want to strongly consider another hotel for your block.

The room itself we had a king suite was clean and large enough for all of our belongings. The only complaint I had was the lack of an actual closet and how tiny the fridge was hidden in a small cabinet. The closet was open and they had placed a shelf inside of it which definitely took up more than 70% of it. So hanging a gown and suit with garment bags took up most of the closet space available. I actually ended up hanging my gown on the bathroom door as the hook was higher to keep the dress from wrinkling and bunching on the floor. Parking is free thankfully as they share a lot with a longhorn steakhouse, hair salon, and Starbucks. Breakfast does not come with your stay which is frustrating as for a Hilton garden inn I don't understand why they are so pricey. I paid $600+ for a one night stay and we were in the room less than 24 hours. Their pricing definitely should be reduced. Otherwise it's a nicer stay of hotel options in the area.

There is a room upstairs that we played cards in for hours. Snacks were always available and plentiful. Breakfast good both days. Hot food was warm and well cooked. There was also a large bowl of fruit and some nice baked items. The inn is surprisingly large but quaint. We met many other guests and even hung out with them. We went to the food truck festival at the winery and John the general manager offered to drive us and bring us back. We met Darcie his wife who was always working in the garden and they looked beautiful. My only complaint is they didn't come in the room and give us fresh towels but we made a call to the inn keeper and she promptly showed up with clean towels. I found it weird they don't check when you stay a few days. We will definitely stay here again and enjoy the winery.

They called multiple times and left voicemails, of which were never returned. My mom who is local had to drive over to see what was going on and she was given an email to book (because apparently they are off during the day???) The email provided was incorrect and bounced. This would have been so helpful to stay here to take my in laws to and from the baptism which is local so now we are having to book towns over. I really hope they can figure this out because the business just lost out on a 2 night booking.
