They also have many stations so even when busy you are always guaranteed a spot. I then put my car on neutral and entered the tunnel to enjoy the ride. Not too long after, my car came out super clean and shinny. I am pretty sure he enjoyed his long overdue bath and no it is not rain water this time. I then gave my car a head to toe vacuum with no extra cost and left very satisfied. Overall, I enjoyed it. I don't need any wow factors for mundane things like this. My car came out super clean and thet had the vacuums behind the building with air compressors I believe and microfiber towels for an extra dry. Not to mention whe I was leaving the wash tunnel, two gentlemen were already drying as well. I loved the Bee Clean business but now it's Go Wash but if you live at the Rim like me, this is convenient without traffic of going to other big business car washes.

He offered to charge me $200 in CASH, which I agreed to under the circumstances. However, when I asked for my gift card back, he said the price included the gift card -- meaning they would keep the $250 gift card and charge' me $200 cash, which was never explained upfront and extremely misleading. I would not have agreed to the transaction if I had been told the business would keep the gift card entirely. WhenI voiced my dismay, he told to pay nothing and never go back. Given the disappointing experience, poor detailing, and questionable business practices, I have absolutely no desire to return. Abstain from purchasing their gift cards.

To ensure you don't easily miss the entrance and having to U-Turn at the gated apartment complex next to it, make sure you keep an eye out once you turn onto Patricia Drive from West Ave. Almost immediately to the left is where the carwash is at. The washes are priced amazingly at $6, $8, $10, $12; way more economic than most other washes. Completely touchless, automatically water powered, usually unstaffed, which I enjoy especially given the current COVID19 pandemic situation. The vacuum before you enter the wash. Bear right to pass through the vacuum after entering the complex if you don't need to, then bear left into the wash bay payment stands (there is 2 of them). The vacuum cost $1, adding to any of the washes is not bad considering that it is still cheaper than most other car washes that include free vacuumming. Size of the wash area is decently large, I have a med-large size sedan and it feels quite roomy passing through the machine compared to some other car washes. Height limit is 7' so be careful if you have a tall truck; I've driven a unmodified 2018 Ram 1500 through it without any issues! Overall, awesome automatic car wash that is very well priced. Unlike some other places though, you can use cash or coins to pay for the car wash, it's strictly card only( because theirs a sign in the wash bay that says they will charge your card if you use any outside products)now with that, I tried to use my first card that didn't have a chip so I had to swipe it, nothing happened. The time didn't start or anything. Swiped it again and nope still nothing. Pulled out my card with the chip and tapped. Time started and the water was activated. My reason for the 1 star was I didn't like the initial impression of feeling creeped out especially with how crazy people nowadays are and being a woman. Secondly I'm always checking my bank statements and I noticed they stole $5 from my first card-the non chip one. It's only $5 but it's the principle of it because imagine how many other times they've taken money from other people who might not even know it really check their accounts. If you ever used or will use this place I would check your transaction history to make sure they aren't taking out additional money I'm just going to stick to those self service car washes that uses coins. However I knew what I wanted and to be honest, the monthly service is actually a good value for what you are getting so some more stars added to the rating. The wash was very nicely done and for what I paid for I was very happy to receive. It was also a surprise to see two gentlemen at the end of the wash hand drying my car instead of just leaving it to the air machine. They even had hand held air sprayers to get the water from behind the door mirrors. My only negative thing is exiting is a bit complicated because the lot is designed very poorly. When you exit the wash you have to turn left to the vacuum cleaners. However that becomes a two way road and it is congested. If you just want to leave you have to make a very sharp hairpin right turn and that is difficult to do. So five stars for a great wash at a good value but minus one star for terrible traffic flow leaving an overall rating of four out of five.
