When I go out anywhere I like to have my car clean, and I always stop here, for several reasons. This car wash is always clean. Never had an issue with it being out of anything, unlike several others that have run out of soap, or worse, the spot free rinse isn't working. This one is always 100 percent! Also, the water pressure is excellent!!! I'll also mention that some other car washes weren't built with much thought as the sun shines directly into the bays, who wants that while you're washing your car? This one doesn't have that issue! Lastly, it is one of the least expensive car washes too!!! So if you're someone that cares about their vehicle and need to come to a car wash where you wash it yourself, definitely this is the place!!!!

However I knew what I wanted and to be honest, the monthly service is actually a good value for what you are getting so some more stars added to the rating. The wash was very nicely done and for what I paid for I was very happy to receive. It was also a surprise to see two gentlemen at the end of the wash hand drying my car instead of just leaving it to the air machine. They even had hand held air sprayers to get the water from behind the door mirrors. My only negative thing is exiting is a bit complicated because the lot is designed very poorly. When you exit the wash you have to turn left to the vacuum cleaners. However that becomes a two way road and it is congested. If you just want to leave you have to make a very sharp hairpin right turn and that is difficult to do. So five stars for a great wash at a good value but minus one star for terrible traffic flow leaving an overall rating of four out of five.

After the wash, I noticed my shark antenna was missing. An employee said she checked the tunnel and would look again after closing and call me the next morning, but I never received a call. I returned and spoke with Ervie, the team lead, who filed a claim and said I'd hear back within 10 business days. The claim was denied shortly after, with Club Car Wash stating they are not responsible for antenna damage. I'm very dissatisfied. My vehicle had no prior issues, has never been in an accident, and I've used car wash memberships for years without problems. While I understand policies exist, this situation shows a lack of accountability. There was no pre-existing damage, and this experience is pushing me to take my business elsewhere for all three of my vehicles.

And yes, prior to writing this negative review I tried reaching the corporate office through their website and by phone call to the corporate offices, but neither got a response! So, I drove up to get my vehicle washed, but was pressed hard to buy a monthly membership that included unlimited washes. I told the young lady I was not interested in the membership but she wasn't taking no as an answer. She continued to badger me about the membership. I finally told her, you have asked me 6 times to buy a membership and I have told you 6 times I am not interested. Her response, well maybe I need to ask you a 7th time? At that point I asked her to stop and just give the wash I came in for, her response was, then tell me why you won't purchase the monthly membership. I told her, I don't owe you a reason and if this is the way it is going to be to get a wash, then maybe I should go to the other car wash down the street? She then told me she was going to give me a paper with the monthly membership prices, I quickly told her I did not want it and if she handed it to me with my receipt I would drop it on the ground. Sure enough she handed it to me with my receipt, so I dropped it on the ground like I told her I would do. As I drove off she screamed at me, we don't want people like you here, you should go down the street and get your car washed! I told my wife about the experience, she said she was badgered to buy a membership as well.
