The presence of God is in the room always and we we have been apart of groups where we have built friendships and seen God move in our lives and our friends lives. Leadership is healthy and since I have been in/around ministry my entire life, I have seen all sides of that. It's refreshing to belong to a church that constantly puts Jesus first above all and not some man-made agenda is the biggest thing. Highly recommend Oaks Church if you're looking for a church home.

The congregation is small enough to feel very homey, but it is also large enough to have many activities and things going on. Everyone has been very friendly. If you just want to slip in and be anonymous, this is probably not the place to come ;-) The pastor's sermons are always interesting and very thoughtful. The service is traditional. There is a small choir, and the hymns are accompanied by a piano (no drums or guitars). The congregation has a good mix of ages, so just about anyone would fit in.

UUFR has a new energy with Rev Dr Osterman which has just brightened up the congregation. Everyone has been wonderful to us, and we are thankful to have the church in our lives. In this turbulent time in America, everyone needs a place where they are loved and where there voice can be heard, and that is what UURF is all about.

The sermons are Biblically based and the atmosphere within the church, in my opinion, is inviting and comfortable. What I really love about this church is that even though it's a small congregation right now, the things they do for the community is awesome. I also love that this church is always implementing services that will help people grow in God. I highly recommend this church and pray that if the Pastor and his beautiful wife continue to do Godly Works, the Church Services will grow to the point of no more capacity, and a new bigger Church will have to be obtained. Thanks Bridge Church of South Raleigh for all you are doing! God Bless.
