I have never experienced a company with such outright RUDE and INAPPROPRIATE customer service. We dealt specifically with Will and Mike. MIKE WAS THE WORST. After first being hung up on by Will, I called back hoping to speak to a manager about our concerns with the service from the previous day. This is when Mike answered and, after expressing my concerns, he literally SWORE AT ME, CALLED ME A LIAR, THREATENED TO COME TO MY HOUSE TO "SAY IT TO MY FACE" AND THEN CALLED ME A DIRTBAG AND ALSO HUNG UP ON ME. I will give you the background story just so you know how it all started. A few days ago, I started researching pest control companies to take care of a bee hive in the side of our house. After explaining our problems (our pet brought fleas in the house too) and explaining that we had been using Apicide to get rid of the bees to no avail, Will said that many times the Apicide doesn't work because bees will only try to get away from it and find another place to exit the nest. ABC Pest Control gave me the best quote, so I hired them to come out. They explained to us that we would need to be out of the home for about 4 hours after the flea control application, so we scheduled to have them come just before the whole family would be leaving to attend an event. 1) They were late getting started because, instead of knocking on the door, they just stayed parked outside in a car and called the house. We didn't hear the phone and would not have known that they were here if we didn't see a missed call on the caller ID. 2) After inspecting the areas where the bee hive was, they told us that they were going to have to charge us $70 more than our original quote because we had already tried to treat the bees ourselves (which we already told them over the phone before getting our quote). When we mentioned that this was already brought to their attention, they said that they thought we meant we used Apicide on the fleas... The Apicide label states that it is only for bees, wasps, yellow jackets, hornets and carpenter bees, so why they "thought" I used it for fleas is beyond me. We let them perform the applications and paid for the services because, frankly, we needed the problems taken care of and they were already here. 3) The following day, we noticed that the fleas were still a problem so we called to inform them and inquire what steps they would take to solve it. At this point, Will explained to us that the method they used would only sterilize the fleas so that they could no longer reproduce and in a matter of weeks they would all be gone. I understand now, how the application works, I just wished I had known that beforehand and I told them this. Next, I told began to express my discontent about the incorrect quote and Will hung up on me mid-sentence. I wasn't being harsh or using foul language, just saying that we were displeased that the guys who came out did this after we were quoted. I thought it must be a mistake because there was no reason for hanging up so I called right back. This time Mike answered, I first told him that I had been talking to Will and that I would like to speak to a manager to discuss yesterday's events. Mike said he was the owner so I began to share my complaints with him. He responded in an unprofessional manner and used foul language to which I responded that I did not appreciate that especially when I had not taken any tone with him. He completely ignored this comment and continued to call me a liar claiming that I never told them about trying to get rid of the bees ourselves. When I said "Did you just call me a liar?"... well, you read the of the story rest above. I cannot believe that any company would ever speak to a customer in that manner. UNBELIEVABLE!!!

    The absolute worst pest company, i still have bed bugs, after all the visits and excuses and failed…read moreattempts, please don't call these guys wasted money and threw everything out! 2 guys came out only think they got rid of was the money we spent!!!
