Never had better customer service. Have used other companies in the past, to install my Christmas lighting, and they never lived up to their promise's. Basically, told me what I wanted to hear, in order to get my business.
Expert Lightning was not like this. They were honest and up front about what they could and could not provide in terms of service. Returned every call, text and email in a timely fashion and were very consistent with their prompt responses.
I hate to say, that I really ran them through the ringer, because I was very indecisive and couldn't seem to make up my mind. They were very patient and not once got frustrated with me.
What I really liked and that impressed me most, was that Josh and Melanie both go above and beyond and really work hard to gain your business. They even have a software program that will show you what your home is going to look like, once you tell them what colors you want on your house or in your yard, bushes or trees. It's really cool!
In fact, they were so professional, that after the holidays, I plan to have them come back out and give me a bid on installing landscape lighting.
Lastly, on pricing, they're very competitive and their terms are more reasonable than 90% of the companies I've ever dealt with. I've spent years getting bids by different companies and I know what others charge. I'll add, Expert Lighting, is not the cheapest, but they are by far, not the most expensive.
I'll end with a little bit of advice. I've gone the cheapest route, trying to cut costs, and can honestly say, I'll never do that again.
