Then he called saying he was running behind and could we reschedule it. Sure, I understand. Sometimes jobs take longer than others and it's beyond your control. We rescheduled for the next day for him to come out and look at it. Surprise, surprise, surprise. Never showed up. Never called. NOTHING. Perhaps this was a blessing in disguise? How can you expect to run a business if you say you do something, tell the potential customer you'll come look at it and are a no show?

Took them 3 days and exhorbitant rates to install flooring for 165 Sq ft. At one point, worker just snatching planks from box, and had a big whitespace in flooring instead of following box directions and getting g planks from several boxes to varigate pattern. I pointed out to him, he argued with me, a d i told him to correct, read box. He measured size of door needed 4 times, 4 different measurements, so i cancelled order for door, he obviously didnt know how to measure. The sink plumbing in bathroom broke the night after he installed, flooded bathroom, which tore out insulation under house, o soggy, damaged subfloor, ran into bedroom, damaged bedroom carpet and out ontonew lvp flooring installed the day before, damaged. They REFUSED to fix what damage they caused. Broke my vaccum cleaner, slinging it out if cliset, bedroom carpet padding rotted from water, rippled carpet, insulation, sink faucets wiggle around when you use, no caulking used. Left globes of glue on floor tile, wall in bathroom, which stained white floor and walls yellow, now i have to paint. Took 10 minutes of removing old toilet, but 4 hours of trips back and forth trips to yard, coming back with nothing, to put new toilet down, found new seal he didnt put in , thrown away in box. I DID NOT FET HOME IMPROVEMENT, I GOT HOME DESTRUCTION​

I hired Headman Handymen, LLC which is based out of Macon, GA. It was a disaster from day one when…read moreI hired them. I hired them to do some electrical work, and they gave a reasonable quote. When it came time to pay I was not able to be there, so I had them send me pictures and videos to show that it works. When I got on site, the pictures that they sent were staged and fake, and they demanded payment. I found out when I got onsite, and they came back the next day to finish the job. But they still did not finish the job. They are also higher a guy that stole wire from the site. In addition, the company stole wire from the site. I had to submit a police report for the theft. They came in and started cutting the electrical wire under the house because they did not have the tools to trace the wires out. They ended up cutting off the power to the entire house 3 separate occasions because they did not know what they were doing. The power was out for weeks at a time. One time they messed up the power so badly and did not follow proper procedures that the power company would not resort to power until the code inspector came out to approve it. They also had to borrow tools from another company where I had worked onsite. They were never prepared. I had to pay another company to come and fix their mess, and they had to replace and fix 100% of the work that they did. They were horrible. With the inexperience and incompetence, it took them 4 months to try and clean up their mess, and I had to just break ties and get someone else to fix it. They failed the county inspection 4 times. One time they called for an inspection, and they did not even have any wires in the panel box they put it, IT WAS EMPTY. Waste of time. RUN AWAY
