NEVER RENTAL OR BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!Please don't ever deal with this company in buying a home or renting home from them. Their accounting department Regina Marshall is one of the most horrible people to work with. She is very insensitive, impolite, unprofessional, and offensive. I heard a slum lords better than this company. It has been reported so maybe so behavior will be corrected. They spray paint my son ceiling when there was a roof leak, the back door handle broke they just removed it, my daughter fan was going crazy on high, STILL DOESNT WORK but they fixed it, the trash disposal still doesn't work, I was told reset it with button well you have to reset it everyday. Thus is a joke of a company!!! I have report all these issues with the BBB. HUD, and few government agencies. You have been warn, go somewhere else with your hard earn money. read more

Made a yelp account just to describe how trashy this company is. I moved out a couple years ago and just thinking about how terrible they were gets me angry. We got into the house and found out it was completely swamped with cockroaches, and then eventually termites swarmed the place. Upon asking for help multiple times, their only response was, "well, you live in a swamp." Oh, cool, thanks. When I say termites I mean they literally fell from the roof onto my girlfriends face. When I say cockroaches I mean my rice cooker's little steam outlet clogged because it filled up with them. After this, and after I paid for professional carpet cleaners and house cleaners for this place, they came in and said the house wasn't cleaned properly. Because the owners wanted to put it on the market, they took it out on the deposit. My favorite charge was the $450 charge for lawn services. Apparently, when I said, "well I live in a swamp..." it was unacceptable and they could take hundreds of dollars away from me, but when they say it I get to suffer. I was in a time crunch, so I wasn't able to fight this ludicrous behavior, and I intend to wash my hands clean of it after this review, but so help me, if this at least keeps one person from accidentally making the biggest renting mistake of their life, then I will consider that my Good Samaritan deed for the week. The staff is usually friendly when they're trying to get your business, but once they get you in a house they take their time responding to work orders. We moved into a house that was vacant for two years; the realtors never sent anyone out to clean the back yard, fix broken blinds or remove the rodents that are still currently living in our attic. We have had other issues fixed, but they can't seem to FULLY complete a work order - very frustrating. read more

Awful, Awful, Awful I cleaned the house before I left Exit, still charged me a 250.00 cleaning fee. I had read a time before that no matter what you do exit will try to keep some or all of your deposit! I took pictures before I left and I took pictures before I moved in.
