Kerrie Schneider was the best Realtor we have ever had the pleasure of working with!…read more Not because she knows her stuff when it comes to buying and selling homes - which she does and then some! Not because she's local to the area we lived in - which was also a very important factor for us when engaging a Realtor. Knowing the local market is one thing, living in that market and being part of the community is another. She is the best because in the short period of time we worked with her, she got to know us not just as clients, but as people and neighbors. She was very quick to respond to any questions that we had and constantly communicated with us in terms of advice, guidance, and updates in getting our house ready for sale. Plus, she did so in a completely open and transparent way. Her warm and outgoing personality as well has her passion for her work puts her a cut above others in her profession. It became very clear to us that she is excellent at her job not just because of her skills, knowledge, and experience, but also because she loves what she does. And it showed.... We were able sell our home within 24 hours of listing it and above our initial asking price. I don't believe that would have happened had we gone with any other Realtor than Kerrie. We cannot recommend her enough!

Not only was their workmanship impeccable but they stood behind their work well beyond the warranty period. The original finished bathroom was completed in late 2016. The one issue discovered after the warranty period passed was a cracked tile in the shower resulting in some minimal water damage. Six plus years after the completion of the master bathroom Borchert arranged for a contractor to effect repairs additionally providing a reimbursement check for over half the cost of expenses. How many contractors would backup their work six plus years after the completion of their project. Borchert is the only one I know of. Easy and pleasant working with Jordan and Ron at Borchert. Without hesitation I highly recommend Borchert for kitchen or bathroom remodeling.
