Ultimately, I figured out that this dancer thinks she is suppose to be in charge of everything while she's a dancer like the rest of the girls and is bias on the race of the girls that audition and get hired. The dancers are told we can't play any sort of rap music "because it brings in the wrong crowd " whatever that means. Also the owner buys private dances from select girls.
