The girl that styled my hair, needed just a few input from me in terms of my taste and preference and she took care of the rest like she knew me for a long time and did an excellent job suiting my big pizza like face. I left with an awe like feeling and since then I'm a regular to this modern, trendy and friendly place. For $30 tax and tips included, you'll even get a hair wash WITH consistency every time. Give them a try, you won't regret! You can try to go without notice and use their walk in service but since they're quite busy, it's taking a risk waiting for your turn to come. Reserve it, much better. It costed me 40$ for the combo pack which was a hair cut and to fix up my beard I had an option to complete remove but I felt like keeping it . I found he did a great job my friends and family saw it and I was told it was the best I ever gotten . I would defiantly come back just wish it was just a little cheaper but hey I was satisfied with the end result . If I took the time to review a barber place then I think it's worth a try. One more thing to keep in mind is to call or go online to see if they are booked if you just walk in from what I've seen you won't be getting an appointment the same day.

As far as I can tell it's only staffed by two male Italian barbers and a woman hairdresser, they take appointments and walk-ins. I got my hair cut by Giovanni, who spoke English and told me that he's been cutting hair there for 33 years. He was fast, very skilled, and did a great job on my haircut. One of the things that I loved the most came at the end, when he outlined my haircut with a disposable razor and warm shaving cream, you don't get this in hair salons! They also offer to wash your hair after the haircut so you can leave completely clean. At $18 plus tip for the men's haircut, I consider it a good price for a great service. It took me a while to find a real old-school barbershop in Montreal and I'm sticking to it. So if you're looking for real barbers who aren't afraid to wave around a real blade and chat with Italian charisma, this is the place to go. P.S. If you need to wait your turn, I recommend going for an espresso at the Italian bar next door.
