Asked by Alex to carry out some contractor work on one of their jobs and over 12 months later we are still awaiting payment. Continually received assurances from both Alex and Jason that we would be paid on the next payment run and then they just stopped answering calls or responding to emails. Although we didn't get three quotes as normally recommended for new projects, we are delighted by the work provided by Excite AudioVisual (Centennial CO). It was one-stop shopping; we told them what we wanted and they provided a number of options within our budget. Excite worked with our construction contractor (BIC Construction, Parker CO) and us to provide to design our concept and completed the wiring for our newly finished basement basement theater. We were so pleased with the professionalism of the company, that we immediately contracted with them to provide and install the equipment to finish the project and to also upgrade our internet system throughout the house. The workers were very proficient, knowledgeable and courteous. They worked with Direct TV technician and completed the installation on schedule and on budget.
