I waited less than 2 minutes and my car and i were guided into the bay to be seen. I was shown everything from the colour, and levels, of the new and old oil to my filters. I knew enough I could make an informed decision and didn't feel as though I was being pressures into buying anything I didn't need. It was no costly than the other stores ive been dealing with. I liked the convenience of not having to book an appointment or waiting for it to b done. I also liked being there to ask questions regarding my cars health and suggestions he had going forward. This would have been a solid 4 stars, but the final price was $120, which is more than I've come to expect for an oil change (even for synthetic oil).
