They were very sympathetic and kept the cost as low as possible while explaining why each part/step was required along the way. Their knowledgable communication made me feel like I could trust them entirely, which was tough in the face of the skepticism created from my previous experience at a different shop. The truck I bought didn't have any factory warranty left and I didn't purchase any. After a couple months I had issues with the transmission. I brought it back to Drumheller Chrysler and they found a couple problems inside the transmission. Instead of fixing just what needed to be, the owner Armand stepped up and had his team do a full rebuild on my transmission at no charge! They even cleaned my truck and Armand met me at the dealership on a holiday so I could pick up my truck. Best customer service experience at a dealership by far.

I waited less than 2 minutes and my car and i were guided into the bay to be seen. I was shown everything from the colour, and levels, of the new and old oil to my filters.
