KC explained what needed to be done and worked hard with her crew to get the job done in 2 days. She also checked in after it was completed to make sure I was happy with the work, and on me personally because I broke my ankle in the midst of getting the build scheduled. They even sent Edible Arrangements to wish me a speedy recovery! I will gladly work with them again for my next home project.

We recently worked with Bennett Roofing. After a severe windstorm caused significant damage to our…read morehome's roof, Bennett Roofing came to our rescue. Here's a breakdown of our experience: **Pros:** 1. *Assistance with Insurance:* Bennett Roofing's team was incredibly helpful in guiding us through the insurance claim process. They made a potentially daunting task much more manageable. 2. *Efficient Crew:* The roofing crew worked quickly, only on site for a couple days. 3. *Thorough Cleanup:* One of the best aspects is they restored the property to the customer's satisfaction. 4. *Excellent Communication:* **Suggestions for a Positive Experience:** 1. *Plan to Be Away During Service:* Roofing work is inherently noisy, and it's best to plan to be away from home on service days. This will spare you from the inconvenience of the loud construction noise. 2. *Secure lawn ornaments or yard structure:* To avoid any potential damage, make sure to move any items away from the perimeter of your home. Overall, we would recommend to any family or friend in need of roofing services. A special Thanks to Project manager Aaron Neubert.

I just wanted to come on to share the best experience one could have with a roofing company…read more In June our home was hit hard enough to cause damage to our roof and interior.  A guy named Kyle White which is the project manager for Bennett Roofing and Restoration was passing by when he saw the tress down on our property and home.  In short, he stopped and asked if he could help.  Kyle was the nicest guy.  After explaining who he was, I asked a lot of questions and he patiently answered them all.  I hired him on the spot.  He explained that our insurance company would cover most if not all of damage.  In two days he had trees removed.  He had three crews: the tree removal, the roofing and interior construction and painting.  Let me say I'm OCD but so was he.  It turns out all three crews have some OCD in them because every job that was done was literally perfect.  The painting was perfection. Kyle was available when I had a question and personally came out to check the work after each phase was completed throughout the entire process.  And, it turned out that he knew more about insurance laws and what they are required to cover than the agent assigned to my claim and got everything covered.  He keeps excellent paper trail and records he goes over with you line by line.  It has taken six months to complete all work due to personal delays, insurance delays and some weather, but finally all done.  We could not be happier with his kindness and detailed service and the same from all of his three crews.  I will recommend this company to do any and all roofing, construction and painting work for someone that wants their repairs done with excellent results.

The first round of repair cost us 2,000.00 dollars. The leak was not fixed. He came back, after the second round of repairs, he charged us 1,750.00 dollars. The leak still was not fixed. He then sent someone with a contract for another 5,400.00 for me to sign....Really?? Absolutely NOT!! I contacted another roofing company, they came and saw the problem right off. So I let them tear off the complete backside of my roof and start over. Immediately they found that Marks roofing crew had not peeled the backing from the adhesive fire and Ice shield . He came out and saw what his crew had not done, walked off as if no big deal. This guy is a crook and needs to be shut down and out of business. I'm a Viet Nam Veteran and a solid tax paying citizen . I pay my bills and taxes and doesn't take advantage of no one. How in hell he can live with himself?? He's a Crook and a Cheat.. His Crew?? Mostly Illegal I would think..

A few years ago, I retired from the Army and moved to West Tennessee. I purchased a home and wanted…read morea fence around my back yard because I had two dogs. I hired Jackson Fence Company to put up 430 feet of fence. The cost was $8,000.00. It was a little more than I budgeted but I was happy with the fence. Now I wanted a 24 foot fence on one side of a patio. I called Jackson Fence and Danny Moore come out. He quoted me $2,550.00. I said that is more than I can pay for a job this small. He said the problem was that it is a small job but let him go back to the office and see what he could do. I waited two days without hearing from him. I called him and he said that was the lowest he could go. I asked doesn't your company have any discount for repeat customers. He did no. Then I asked What bout a Military discount. He Sid we don't do military discounts. The way he Sid that irked me, I wanted to tell him his company wouldn't be free to do work if it wasn't for the people who fought and died for his freedom but I didn't. I posted an ad online looking for a skilled craftsman to do the fence and received three replies and hired one who did the job for LESS THAN a third of his quote. I know this was a small job. But, this guy completed the job in about seven hours and I know a Jackson Fence crew could have knocked it out in less time. I will never call Jackson Fence agin no matter how big of a job I have.
