Had to take Dad's Explorer in for some auto body work. All of the insurance papers were already processed for the work to be done. I left the vehicle with them and they gave me a ride back to my parent's residence. They kept us updated on the progress and when it would be done. I get to talk with Roarke on the phone but didn't have much direct dealing with him until I was sent over for a part to be painted. He was on a time crunch to get to get another customer taken care of and though I waited for just a few minutes, he and his office lady were extremely helpful. We were taken care of quickly.
