The rooms are modern and clean, dressed to Ikea standard. The kitchenette came with a fridge, full stove and microwave. The bathroom was clean, but in need of a touch-up. The buffet breakfast was an assortment of juices, pastries, cold meats and cheese, chocolate cereals, fruit and some hot food - eggs, bacon, sausages. The food was plentiful however, I struggled to find many healthy options. The majority was sugar based. The staff were very polite and helpful and this is what really made the stay pleasurable. If you're looking for somewhere simple and clean, this is worth considering.

I selected Gennaro's company because they gave me the confidence that the bike would be good and available for me when I arrived from Nottingham, UK. The quality of the bike was good and reflected their prices, so I can say that I got value for money. I look forward to using Veloce when I return to Tuscany again :-)

DANGEROUS BIKES! Highly discourage use of Veloce for anyone doing touring. Bikes were unsafe (one…read morehad disc brakes with no brake pads! One had totally destroyed bottom bracket -pictured here- AND a back tire with no tread left). And, he had the nerve to show me pictures of the $5000 bikes he was buying for road bike rental when we delivered the bikes back! We were led to believe we would be getting high end bikes, they would have been decent had they new/good mechanical condition. Not high end though. We could have bought new bikes for the same price and sold them back to the store at the end of trip. And avoided 3 trips to the mechanic during our trip. He did pay us back for the mechanic visits and refunded one day of rental after multiple requests. Absolutely not advised to patronize.
