The women and man who did the vacuuming and interior detailing did a thorough job. The car has never looked so good! The man behind the register was nice when I paid and also explained to me the deals that they offer. I appreciated that he broke it down and said where you break even in the deal. If you go there, they have info cards that list the different services. This is what I saw when I visited - - There are the VIP Unlimited Wash VIP Club plans (at different package levels - full service, silver, and platinum.) - They also sell Coupon Books - 10 washes for the price of 8. Coupons work for any car and never expire. You're also not stuck at the package level - if one day, you want more services offered at a higher level, you just have to pay the cost difference. Based on my experience last Thursday, I'll most like return the next time the car needs a wash.

Very quick wash, very little time spent on it once it came through the wash- not wiped down enough and visible "white, salt (or whatever it is that makes a black car gray). Cup holders, door panels, and floor mats were still visibly filthy. When I pointed it out, I was told that kind of cleaning is considered "detailing." If wiping obvious grime is now an upgrade, expectations have officially hit rock bottom. Shame on me for thinking this location would be different -- I usually avoid the Summit one for a reason.
