They sublet for Deutsche Telecom in Germany, and therefore, all installation, fixes etc, are done by Telecom.
Telecom cares about its clients more, so you end up on the low priority que. I had the Telecom technician cancel on me 3 times after waiting him for 5 hours each (I am not joking) because he was busier with telecom clients.
Call EWE, they say they can't do much. So why bother, and just go for Telecom instead, at least you get bad service but with more priority.
Plus, don't make my mistake and go for a 2 year contract. Try them with a 1 month contract for a while, and then decide. it is more expensive, but you have more pressure to fix something that goes wrong. Because with a 1 month contract they are more worried about you leaving. read more
