They are friendly and knowledgeable and I find the prices fair for weapons and ammo. They also sell black powder which is very good for reenactors or black powder hunters. Some people have complained that there are lines and it can take a while-to be fair that means they are popular and have a lot of business. One of the tell-tale signs of a good place. Do you really want to go to some place other people don't trust?

They answered any question I had. They were very welcoming and joyful. They were cracking jokes like I've known them for years. Every single person on shift was fantastic. Secondly, I was scoping around bucks county for a gun store with reasonable prices as well as a decent selection. And I must say Tanners has some of the best prices around and a pretty wide variety. I will say, there is an occasional firearm I believe is over priced. But having 9/10 firearms being relatively cheap is a solid deal. Gotta give em props for that. Thirdly, and lastly. They didn't bombard me as I perused their selection. I walked in, they welcomed me, and that was it. They were also jovial with the people I was companioned with. And the entire process for purchasing was clean, straight forward, and quick. I genuinely cannot recommend these guys enough. This may have been my first real time here. But it most definitely will not be the last.

Patrick is such an experienced professional behind the scene, helping his customers making excellent choices for their needs, demonstrating how every product works across different manufacturers. He helps customers with maintenance routine for their new purchases, recommend ranges they can visit and join, along with non-for-profit organizations to support veterans and their families. The store also has a great selection of accessories including backpacks, straps, supplies, blades and other complimentary items. There is also an amazing coffee bar with obviously great coffee, soda, seltzer, water and other beverages along with snacks. I enjoy sitting around the lounge area watching TV while sipping my coffee and mingle with other wonderful customers. Definitely a MUST visit.

I appreciate how honest the gentleman who helped me was. He actually recommended I try some guns out at Relic Firing Line before committing to buying anything at this shop. He seemed genuinely interested in making sure I got the right thing for my needs. The prices were not the best compared to what I saw elsewhere online but the location and service were good so paying some extra was worth it to me at the time. I will definitely return. Based on the reviews it seems other people had poor experiences here, which is unfortunate. I had a good experience with all staff there. They accepted my credit card, despite what another review said.
