Some people have complained that there are lines and it can take a while-to be fair that means they are popular and have a lot of business. One of the tell-tale signs of a good place. Do you really want to go to some place other people don't trust?

Secondly, I was scoping around bucks county for a gun store with reasonable prices as well as a decent selection. And I must say Tanners has some of the best prices around and a pretty wide variety. I will say, there is an occasional firearm I believe is over priced. But having 9/10 firearms being relatively cheap is a solid deal. Gotta give em props for that. Thirdly, and lastly. They didn't bombard me as I perused their selection. I walked in, they welcomed me, and that was it. They were also jovial with the people I was companioned with. And the entire process for purchasing was clean, straight forward, and quick. I genuinely cannot recommend these guys enough. This may have been my first real time here. After that, it felt like they had zero interest in helping me through the rest of the process. I received an email for my Step 4 verification and went into the store as instructed. The employee told me I had to wait until I received a text from them, claiming they process customers in the order purchases were made. Meanwhile, he was just standing around. I showed him the verification code I already had, and the whole thing took about 5 minutes to complete. If it only takes a few minutes, there's no reason customers should be told to wait unnecessarily. Once they have your money, the customer service drops off completely. Very frustrating experience. I expected better professionalism and communication.
