He was very patient and did not rush me at all. I was indifferent about ordering an expensive guitar out of state that I hadn't seen or played. To confirm the appearance of the website photos, Scott also sent photos from his own phone. We agreed on a competitive price including shipping. Before shipping, I also spoke to the guitar tech, Dave. We discussed the setup and action. He changed strings, polished the frets, treated the fingerboard and lowered the action. Both Scott and Dave were very friendly and professional throughout the sales process. The guitar showed up a day early, well packed and in perfect condition. Not a single scratch or blemish. It's a beautiful instrument and exactly as described on the RCMC site. Incredibly build quality. Next level compared to my Gibson SG Standard '61. It plays great and sounds fantastic. It has really developed her interest and appreciation of music she wouldn't normally be exposed to! The teachers are very patient and teach at an age appropriate level. She does wish there were more females in the band though! My younger daughter is in the Rookies program, and it's been great to expose her to different instruments and watch her love something about them all!
