Love this cozy coffee shop! It is definately a hipster and trendy place and they have a lot of customer loyalty. The drinks are not only delicious but aesthetically breathtaking as well. The location is great if you are in the downtown Edmond area. It is a good spot for students to study or locals to work. The service is always friendly and timely. On our quest for a great cup we stopped by this little shop in Edmond. The atmosphere was kind of start and cold but the pastry display caught my eye. These goodies looked delicious! We got the salted caramel blondie and the large chocolate chip cookie. Just perfect- soft and yummy. I ordered the Peru pour over and my husband got the latte. I liked mine, though I had to go up to the counter to ask for cream. There wasn't any available. The cashier was a little less then friendly. She seemed impatient while ringing us up too. My husband didn't love the latte. He gave it a 6 out of 10. Not bad just not great. It was missing flavor. Maybe another shot would help. This place is next level. Amazing coffee and the sweetest vibe ever. I've been to several coffee shops from Denver to Miami to NYC, and this one falls in the top three of my experience. It's a simple coffee shop in the best way - all the classics and nothing superfluous, just like their modern decor. They did, however, serve a couple seasonal artisanal lattes to color things up. The Orange Cardamom latte was great. They also have a great selection of wine and beer, and according to the barista, will soon be coming out with a cocktail menu. I'm almost certain I would like anything they created. I would definitely make this a regular haunt if I lived in Edmond. read more

This coffee shop is located in downtown, Edmond. It is modern with beautiful plants and floral arrangements, and gives off hipster vibes. I could see myself studying here as there are plentiful seating. As for drinks, I was able to try the Matcha latte with Almond milk as sub for reg milk ($5.5, a little bit above what I usually pay for) and it was good! It was already sweetened, though you can adjust to your liking by adding sugar on your own. I was surprised that they serve booze at a coffee shop and coffee soda(?). This is probably one of my favorite coffee shops in Edmond. They serve MiddleState coffee. My go to drink there is a Cortado but you can't go wrong with anything on their menu. They serve breakfast and waffles and they recently added Grilled cheese sandwiches to the menu as well. I haven't tried them yet so I probably should, the next time I'm there. The service has always been great for me. It feels very much like a local coffee shop cause they know the regulars there. Ambiance and atmosphere is trendy and modern. Super fancy coffee shop that will not disappoint! The coffee here is so smooth and flavorful that I almost thought it was magic! They weigh out the coffee grounds so that it's the perfect cup! Talk about precision! I tried one of their holiday drinks, honestly I can't remember the name, but it was so good that I think it gives The Red Cup a run for its money. It is a good place to study too as there are many tables, chairs, and outlets available to use. Plus it location is great! It's in a little shopping mall so you can get your cup to-go if you want and walk to some other shops!! It was pricey though for my coffee, like $5 or so. Great contemporary coffee shop in downtown Edmond. They have a good breakfast menu as well. I enjoy their waffles. They also have some great pastries. My favorite drink is the q-soda, which tastes like a grapefruit soda. It's a decent place to work but the seats aren't incredibly comfortable and there isn't a lot of plugs. read more

This place just keeps getting better and better. I've been coming here for years and unlike other places that make a good showing initially and then slowly go downhill, this place continues to mold and shape itself to improve and actively meet customer expectations. It is located in the classic downtown area of Edmond, that likely many out of town visitors haven't ever seen. It is a unique area and a beautifully quaint building with a spacious and open feel yet somehow retaining that eclectic coffeehouse vibe. Lots of varied seating inside including a couch but also a nice little outside seating area both in front of the building and another back behind the building. There is parking on the street as well as in the back. You can order at the counter or if there is a long line, you can also opt to order from your table using QR codes on each table. The baristas and kitchen staff have always been very friendly and accommodating. They make you feel very welcome and genuinely pleased you chose to visit. The coffee is top notch also, in my opinion. I've never had a drink there that I haven't enjoyed. My personal favorites are the Breve Latte and the Mocha Latte, both I order extra hot. Something that is often neglected at other coffee shops is the food quality and selection. That is not the case at evoke, they will surprise you with the variety on their menu and the quality of the dishes, I promise! They have a relatively small bakery section, although equally delicious. I suggest trying the salmon toast or the scrambled eggs and pastrami, but you really can't go wrong. If you are looking for a road trip or are already in the area, this is a great place to add to your list of must visit locations. Bonus, there are some other great places to check out at the Railyard complex about a block away. read more

Evoke is the definition of a hipster coffee shop, almost to the point where I asked myself, "am I cool enough to hang out here?" But I really enjoyed my afternoon here with friends. We came to get some work done, and it was a good place to do that. Plenty of seats with a bar that offers an atmosphere to study, but also hang out with friends. I ordered an iced coffee, which was good. Nothing incredible, but it was good. The prices were a little expensive in my opinion, but that's what you get with a non-chain coffee shop. An added plus: Evoke has stickers. And I love stickers. If I'm back in the Edmond area, I would definitely come back. read more

LOVE is the word that comes to mind when I visit this cafe! I seriously love this place and their latte. You walk in and order right there. They have a small breakfast and lunch menu that changes weekly (I believe). They have fresh made drinks tea, coffee, lattes, espressos and other yummy drinks. They also make their own simple syrups, I like the vanilla and hazelnut the best myself. After you order you take your number and pick a table. They have great artwork on the wall painted by a local artist. It's a great place to meet friends, work, or just have alone time. Your drink order is called by your name from the bar to come pick up. They drinks usually come out pretty quickly for being freshly made. While you sip your drink and use the free wifi, if you like. The food comes right to your table. My family always order their waffles. When you are done you leave it all on the table and they take care of it. Also, if you want water they have cups ready for you to fill at your own desire. A local realtor and her husband own this cafe, they are very friendly. So I also love that it's a locally owned small business. My favorite drink here so far is their vanilla latte. So since I last came here it's fallen down a bit. There are less items for sale, and the coffee quality has dropped a bit. They no longer have a breakfast menu, just the usual coffee house pastry options. Edit:the following statement in my review-*Similarly the beer, wine and cider is gone*-is not correct. It's possible that I missed it as it was crowded and was trying to figure out what I wanted for coffee.And was also hung over. At any rate beer, whisky etc. are served at Evoke. I'm leaving it in my review as proof that I can make mistakes like anyone else,not that that was ever in question. The coffee beans are no longer from seattle but instead are from the midwest because of course it is. The overall quality is not as good as I remember-it's now about the same quality as a starbucks. When I was here this time the barista also not only had phillip glass playing but also turned it up loud enough so that he could hear it clearly behind the counter. This means it was super loud in the seating area. A little phillip glass goes a long way. The chairs/tables were showing some wear, but more importantly the two hipsters working showed no inclination to wipe down anything, so it was easy to see what the popular pastry choices were by looking at the table tops. On the plus side, there are some very pleasant decor-some new murals, and it's still better then starbucks or any other local competitor. For now a very generous four stars. read more

This spot is a tremendous find in a sea of mediocrity in the local coffee scene. Looking for a well crafted pour over has been a challenging locally. I found it here! The Ethiopian had a tantalizing aroma before I ever took a sip. Then it hit my tongue with a note of sweetness and finished with floral on the way down. The espresso was well measured and tamped before ever hitting the machine then measured carefully in to my demitasse. It was Costa Rica with a bold yet almost citrusy flavor. I was very impressed by the barista's care as they prepared my coffees. I highly recommend this shop if you are looking for well-crafted and carefully prepared coffees. read more

This coffee shop is a great place to study. Very clean inside and the staff are nice and friendly. Plenty of seating and ample parking in back. The WiFi password is wafflesandwich. They are open 7am to 7pm every day of the week. I haven't tried any of their food menu items as they are on the more expensive side but the soups and sandwiches look delicious. It is less busy and less crowded than Starbucks which is a win for me. read more

This review is based on one experience as I was passing through the city. I would give 4 stars for the coffee quality as I enjoyed my Americano, albeit very small. They use a roaster out of Denver; MiddleState Coffee. So, why the 3 stars you ask? The overall experience and vibe of the place. I get that it is subjective, but this place is not my thing. The space and staff feel kind of cold and uninviting. Plenty of people were there studying and hanging out, so again, personal preference. A long line of tables and metal chairs along a wall is not appealing to me. This would be a place I'd get my coffee to go. I may have way too high expectations, but I would expect that a local coffee shop would be more passionate about what they do and offer, this isn't corporate Starbucks after all. The employees seemed not very happy to be there. The gentleman did say goodbye and gave a small smile when we walked out, that was the first sign of warmth from the place. My girlfriend and I both had appointments approximately an hour after we got off work and decided to use up that time on a cup of joe! Evoke is close to our work so we dropped in there. Their menu is simplistic. I chose an americano and my friend for a cappuccino. We both were very happy with our decisions. The coffee was very good and served right away. The restaurant was very clean and neatly decorated. It seems like a great little coffee shop to hang out in if you needed to get some work done or have a chat with a good friend.
