Whenever they ask if it's suitable to my standards, a huge sigh shouldn't be given when you can clearly see parts of the nail is not completely painted. I paid for a $65 pedicure and the cuticles were not cut so he was making the excuse that's why my fingernail polish didn't cover my entire nail but what was the pedicure that I pay for for then? She's good about checking with you whether you're comfortable, if you've had certain wax services before, if you're comfortable with the wax temperature, getting off any possible stray pieces of wax, etc... When we were finished, I asked her to remove a few strands of stray hair around my belly button and she was more than happy to oblige. Best of all, no tweezing needed at the end. I pay more for a Brazilian wax with her than I did back in Cali, but not by much. She's about $5 -$10 more, But for good reliable service, she's worth it.
