This is a terrible company. They are not customer friendly and are only looking to get paid by charging all these non-compliance fees. I do not recommend this business. After our account closed, we kept receiving deductions for fees because accouding to them it can take up to a month to close the account. The customer service department is awful, always transferring to someone else and they never get issues resolved. They always have said I have to check woth the supervisior because they are not allowed to make certain decisions. Then, nothing, no results. Stay away. read more

Awful customer service. I had signed up with them. it was never clearly stated I'd be charged a monthly maintenance fee. I was getting charged every month this maintenance fee on a service I never ended up using. I had thought it didn't fully get set up since I never put it through on my website. They had taken 400$ from me total since october. I finally realized what happened and called. They didn't even entertain a refund. read more

Our bank account has been debited since 2015 for a service we never used, I thought that the charges were from our current processor (EVO name was not on the ACH it was displayed as "BKCD Processing"). Only then I came to find out that the charges were with Evo. I did some digging and found that they debited our account $1.75 monthly from the end of 2015 through May 2019 then in June 2019 through April 2021 they have been debiting $26.75(They charged us more money for being "INACTIVE"). I called and spoke with Johanna from EVO and asked her to send me a signed agreement or contract showing that we agreed to use their service, she said that she would find it and send it over. I called to follow up and the extension she gave me did not work, I ended up going in circles with several phone calls only to find out that we do not have an agreement on file and we have never even processed a single transaction through them. We have never seen any emails/postal correspondence from EVO Payments. read more

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with, I've been in business for 20 years and had many Merchant accounts, this one has the worst customer service, does not disclose all the fees which they will charge and hope you won't ask questions, and does not fight for your company when there is an issue with a customer. In our case due to our dispute they decided to keep our funds for almost 1 year because because we closed the account. wouldn't even recommend this company to my enemies they are that bad.
