Tried to get my equipment back today which my friend brought in, but they refused to give me back the gear since I wasn't the one bringing it in even though I had the receipt with me. They also said they won't pay back the research costs (135,66€ in total for two items) while they didn't even touch the equipment once. My advise is to really avoid this place at all costs.
