I went into the salon for a manicure. The staff are friendly and professional and the place is very clean. The manicure is £20 but is the best manicure I ever had. It lasts about one hour, cuticles are carefully cleaned and nails shaped, than you get a vigorous scrub which will leave your hands very soft. Colour was applied carefully and lasted nearly two weeks! (although the second time I went it chipped after few days...) Before and after the treatment, while I was waiting for the polish to dry, I was offered a drink. When you book, they will also send a text to remind you of the appointment the day before. I had a deluxe pedicure with parafin wax and manicure. The therapist was very friendly but the treatment was not good and very basic even for a standard pedicure and manicure. She didn't massage my feet or hands, didn't exfoliate and didn't use top coat or base coat and the varnish started chipping away the same day. she finished both treatments within one hour instead of two hours that I paid for. I called the manager who offered to do the treatment if I pay half of the treatment price again and that without the parafin wax (just what they didn't do) I didn't see the point in wasting more money to get what they should have given me in the first instance so I refused the offer and will never give them another chance even they are next door to me. Their prices are at least three times more than other salons and you get less. No point. sometimes you don't get what you pay for but get ripped off instead. Be careful. read more
