This place is a scam. Do not utilize there tan services. My wife was charged multiple months even after cancellation since September of this year. Each time it was a different person and different excuse as to why they did not cancel the services. Each time, my wife was told that a manger would be in contact with her and no one ever called. We continue to get charged 59.95 each month even after cancelling and cancelling our card associated to the account. It's pretty scary that they have somehow gotten our new account information to continue to charge us. I had to call my bank and put a stop payment and change our banking information yet again. I can't stress this enough... "Do not utilize iTAN". read more

I decided I needed a to get some color before going on my vacation to CABO. This was my first experience at a tanning place and I had no idea how it all worked. Bri told me not to worry and she would get me set up in the system and show me how the tanning beds worked. The service is great at iTan because all the ladies that work there are wonderful! I use the red light machine to help with my acne, eczema, and acne scars on my face, and I spray tan. After two months the redness has gone down, the eczema is gone from my face, and my face is clearer. Shout out to Dominique, Julia, Carla, and Mckenzie who work there and have helped me through the Skim Light and spray tan process. I am VERY pale so the basic spray tan (without any additives) does not do much for my skin in regards to showing a tan, so I add extra additives that you can purchase at the front to help the spray tan stick to my skin. If you're going to a special event then upgrade to the Venetien spray tan! That one is the best, lasts the longest, and gives you a dark tan (shout out to my pale skin folks)! Anyways, I'm thankful I found this place because my skin hasn't been this clear in 5 years (on my face, back, and chest), and now I'm losing weight because I am gaining more pride and confidence in myself, and I'm leaving the house more often and becoming more social! If you struggle with acne, redness in your skin, and/or eczema then do the blue light, red light, and beauty angel treatment at least 3 times a week and you'll start to see drastic results after 4-6 weeks :) read more

Do not sign up for a membership! My wife had one, wasn't using it enough, went in and said she wanted to cancel. They said ok, that she had six more days available on what was left on her membership. I did a drop in same day sign up. I was greeted by a very very friendly staff. Sara greeted me and asked me what I was looking for? I told her just unlimited tanning, Sara began to tell me about the other wonderful options and the split deals they had to offer as well as value tanning. "Sara told me just something to think about besides just tanning, let me take you on a tour." Sara was extremely nice, she gave me a tour and explained all the different tanning beds, and other spa services. Sara was very knowledgeable and she was very enthusiastic about her job and very helpful. Well by the time we were done with the tour I said I think I am going to upgrade and get the split deal tanning and spa. I even got tanning and spa in today. Sara was great, she was very friendly and helpful and because she was on top of her game.. I was able to tan, try a spa machine and buy some products all in about a hour. I feel like they genuinely care about effectively getting me to my tanning goals while also helping me to maintain/improve the integrity of my skin.. I have the Sun, Spray &Spa package which, in my opinion, is the most worth it. Everything really does coincide with each other at this salon (especially the products!) to get you the maximum tanning results. I have been coming to iTan on Clinton Keith for about a month now and I love it here I've visited the Lake Elsinore and Murrieta locations but Clinton Keith definitely wins for the best customer service experience and quality machines. The staff here are so friendly and knowledgeable so asking questions is easy and helpful, especially with Austin and Sara! The tanning beds are great and my ultimate favorite is the photo facial red light therapy, even the first session I could see and feel the difference in my face.
