Kieth and Tressa helped me both were nice, professional and not pushy at all! They gave the info I needed and asked for as well as prices. The delivery was FREE and same day!! The delivery guys were nice, professional and even wore cloth booties to keep my carpeting clean! Over all great experience, and I would recommend them to anyone! I should add - I did not go in looking for top of the line. I went in looking for a twin bed for my daughter, due to the fact she hated her crib and was starting to try and climb out of it! We got her a lower/cheaper model of the Twin. So you don't even have to drop tons of cash, for great service! Other neighboring stores were so rude when I told them I wanted a twin bed and didn't need top of the line, that and they wouldn't deliver and looked at me like I was insane for even asking for delivery. Totally will buy all future mattresses here at Sleep country!

He wasn't pushy at all, was extremely informative, and really took the time to listen to our needs and wants. When we finally found a mattress we loved, he went above and beyond. He searched around, found two on clearance, and managed to work out a great deal for us. It was still a bit out of our price range, so we decided to take some time to think about it. Shortly after we left, Jesse texted me to let me know he was able to get approval for an even bigger discount, basically slashing the price in half. Although we missed out because someone else purchased them shortly after (what are the odds, we're still heartbroken), I can't say enough good things about how helpful and dedicated he was throughout the process. If you're in the market for a new mattress, go see Jesse at Mattress Firm in Marysville. You won't regret it!

BEST MATTRESS BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!! We purchased a new mattress set a couple of months ago and…read morewanted to give it some time before writing a review. Overall, our experience - from selecting the mattresses in the showroom, to production time and final delivery, was exceptional. The bottom line: We are thrilled with our new bed. The quality is incredible and the prices were better than the competitors "premium", non-custom mattress. We were tired of purchasing mattresses with 25 year "warranties" that lasted maybe 5 or 6 years. What we love is that each mattress is made to order, to YOUR height, weight and comfort level. Rex, who runs the showroom, looked at how our spines, hips, and shoulders were aligned on all the beds we tried. He asked a lot of question, explained the material options and how it all works together. A very eye-opening experience. Nick, the partner who runs the production facility, was incredibly helpful in answering all my questions and helping us decide on the best foundation and mattress. These completely CUSTOM mattresses were delivered in about 10 days! The delivery guys arrived within 5 minutes of the scheduled time, were fast and took away all the packing materials and my old mattresses. What we got; An extra-long split king. (This is the first time in my husband's life his feet haven't hung off the end of the bed!) Full-latex mattresses. I like the feel of memory foam but hate the heat they retain and the difficulty in moving. The latex is a dream, not hot, incredibly comfortable. We also got some kind of ego-bamboo cover that adds a luxurious cushy layer. Finally, the pièce de résistance are the adjustable bases. How in the world have we gone so long without these? We sleep with our heads up lust a tiny bit, and what a difference it makes. We need to replace the mattress in our RV, we will absolutely be going back to see Rex and Nick.

$1,000 latex FOAM mattress! The owner told me "All mattresses are "hybrids". ' " Is it a true…read morestatement or a false statement to say that "all mattresses are hybrids"? That statement is false. Not all mattresses are hybrids. In the bedding industry, mattresses are categorized into distinct types based on their internal construction, and a hybrid mattress refers to a very specific design. Here is a quick breakdown of how mattresses differ: Hybrid Mattresses: These combine two or more distinct support systems--typically an innerspring coil system at the bottom and thick layers of memory foam, latex, or polyfoam on top. Memory Foam Mattresses: These are made entirely of polyurethane foam and memory foam layers and contain no metal coils whatsoever.Innerspring Mattresses: These rely almost entirely on a network of metal coils for support, usually topped with only a very thin layer of cotton, wool, or fiber padding (not the thick foam layers that define a hybrid).Latex Mattresses: These are constructed entirely from natural or synthetic latex rubber foam, with no coils. While hybrid mattresses are incredibly popular today because they blend the benefits of foam and springs, they represent just one category in the mattress market. Be aware your $1,000, (although not memory foam) will be just upholstery latex FOAM- not have steel "innerspring". This may be why Slumbereaze, of Maryville, WA is not accredited with the BBB.

My parents have purchased multiple mattress from this location, received amazing deals, and have always been happy. Hence the reason we drove as far as we did. The first mattress we received, was not what I wanted what so ever. I was pretty unhappy due to the amount of time it takes just to drive up here. I wrote an email, which the manager Jerry did get. When we came back up to the area a few days later to return the mattress and try and find something as good, Jerry was very welcoming. I was poised to have to defend myself. But Jerry had a plan in place, which was to give us a mattress that was not only comparable, but better!! He knew how far we drove and how upset I was over the mattress not being what I expected. We knew we were going to be taken care of. As soon as we said yes to the mattress, he was promptly wrapping it up with a simple piece of paperwork. Jerry went above and beyond with customer service. We are so happy with our new mattress and all 8 total hours of driving were completely worth it! This place is amazing!!!!
