I'm suprised that I'm the first one to write a review for this company…read more I am so XOXO over this photobooth. This photo booth is one of the best looking ones that I have seen or tried. Its so big and roomy that you can fit more than 8 people in a picture while most photo booths only fit 4 at most. No more trying to squeeze everyone into a tiny space and even when you do so the most you can get is everyones faces in a regular photo booth. I especially liked this booth because we were able to capture everything. Also, I love their different back drops and all their different props. They had a huge selection to play with that fit everyones ideas and styles. Its a lot of fun. Also, the customer service was great! The people running the booth were awesome and attentive. They were very nice. Overall, great photo booth, great customer service, I can't wait to book them for my wedding! :)

It's open with a back drop so you're comfy by yourself or with a ton of people not trying to squeeze into a lil booth. They also had really cool props that I've never seen before (exp: Wooden hearts, bow ties, mustache that came on sticks so you can hold them up) The pictures came out fast and were posted the following Monday after the wedding. I would definitely use them at my next event.

Many of our guests did multiple rounds of taking photos, which means a lot to us. They also loved the number of props they got to use. Shoutout to Marisol for being an accommodating and great gal to work!! I loved how she gave us options to provide photobooth strip template that'll mirror my wedding theme as well as backdrop color options. I truly loved how the final template looked. Highly recommend everyone who's looking for a photobooth rental business to invest in!

The good: We loved the template design of the photo strip,…read morethe quality of the photos, and how quickly I was able to get a quote. The price felt reasonable, and when it started sprinkling on our wedding day, they were great about moving the booth inside at the last minute. The not-so-good: Unfortunately, the photo booth attendant struggled a bit with managing larger groups. Their policy says unlimited prints, but not everyone got a copy of the group photos since the attendant didn't always ask how many prints were needed. A few of my friends ended up without photos they were in. After the wedding, I reached out to Hidden Gem hoping to get a couple of extra copies to send with thank-you cards, but I haven't heard back despite following up. I really hate to do this to a small business, but if posting this review is the only way to get my extra photos then so be it. You may see the attached email communications, I tried to be patient and check in at appropriate intervals.

They're willing to "negotiate" prices with you to better suit your needs. We actually found someone with a lower price but after talking to Neilsen and Lucy they both agreed to give us a discount! =) They stayed an extra 40 or so minutes free of charge. Our guests absolutely loved it. We got the basic package so the price included setup and tear down, shoot time, photostrips, props (so many prop themes to choose from- like superhero, sports, creative..), LCD, attendants, pictures posted online and a DVD of pictures! They're also very very good at suggesting poses if you get camera shy and they're just so fun and easy going, it's hard not to do a crazy pose or two... or three! Priced around $545-$630 for 3 hrs (actually closer to 4 for us). We did some extensive searches for photobooth vendors and most, if not all, started out at $700 and can go up to $1.5K! Check out their packages on their website - some include scrap book photo strips. =) Vendors update their prices annually, so check with them for the latest.. http://www.mebophoto.com/packages-and-pricing/ You get to design your own logo on the photostrip! You also get to choose prop themes and background color! =) Excellent email correspondences. Excellent followup. Definitely on top of their A-game. Absolutely recommended!

I first had my experience with them at my best friend's wedding and then at another wedding. Lucy is great and very sweet. She and her husband team up to bring you the best. One of the best things is that you get many copies of the pictures, not just two. I wish I had used them more during my own wedding but I know my guest enjoyed the booth a lot! The props were super fun. During the initial contact, I emailed Lucy and the transaction was smooth and simple. She also helped me with my logo and logistics in picking the time for the booth. If I could, I would give them a 6 out of 5!!
