As we pull in, they were pulling out. Knowing that we were heading to retrieve my car they did not wait and almost went back to towing. When it was time for me to pay, there was no customer skills applied and when I questioned the price of the towing fee no explanation was given to me. Going to get your car towed is never a fun event. And it can be displeasing knowing that you have to pay a fee. What made this experience terrible for me was the lack of consideration, clarity and respect thro the whole process.

Things certainly have changed in regard to mall traffic; I have never really been a fan of going to…read morethe mall and usually just stuck with the "outside department stores" that had separate entrances (Macy's, Dillards, Penneys). Can certainly count on my hand the number of times I have been inside the mall since 2019. However, sometimes it is good to just walk around (when there are very few people around). :o) Wanted to purchase a few items from Bath and Body Works and actually enjoyed the quiet; the mall is still nice and clean; good choice of food items in the food court; quite a few new stores since the last time I visited inside the mall. On a different note, except for going to AMC and Belk every now and then, not sure what caused the downfall of the Tallahassee Mall, which I really liked at one point. :-(

When I went, it was to go see Fluffy live, and well, while traffic did not compare to big city life, for this small city, it was quite a lot. We had floor seats all the way at the back, so we could see the show rather close up, but nevertheless, we could have gotten better seats. At any rate, the show went off without a hitch. They even had a cart for some drinks, some of which we bought and partook in. I don't remember what I ordered, but it wasn't half bad. Would return to this venue no issue.

The original building is a beautiful piece of architecture but the administrative tower behind it not so much, I guess it's more about efficiency and in my opinion is nothing more than an eyesore. It would of been nice to have the modern structure located in another part of town to preserve the historic value of the original nostalgic building. Even trying to circle the block was a bit of a challenge today and a disappointment after driving here...
