Worst firm, I'm a first home buyer and beware of the unprofessional ethics and non existent support. Also do not deal with Michelle Davies, I've had nothing but a lack of communication, documents, transcripts, anything! And once your settlement date is over and the seller doesn't meet the contract everingham lawyers let you hang out to dry in the storm. I also paid for a search but they never gave me what I paid for, they also refused to answer simple questions about the convyency I asked questions on what steps a first home buyer (beginner) in the market should do when a seller fails their obligations under the contract and all I received were Pdf files sent via email stating that I'm to pay 385 an hour or book an appointment to pay way more before proceeding followed by no options just straight up give them 10000 dollars in their trust account to straight up sue the seller instead of going through basic steps to get around the issue. I've spoken to many law associations and they say these mob are some dodgy people. Don't trust your money and savings on this team of unprofessional scammers they're only interested in making a quick buck then kicking you to the curb when excrement hits the fan.
