We have lived here in this mobile home park for over 7 years. We really like the fact that most of the homes are well kept and have attached garages. People are encouraged to decorate their yards and take pride in their homes. The only problems we have had here are having yard decorations broken and stolen by neighbor children, having people walk across our yard as a short cut, once the care taker drug a tree over our car and down the road, they are not very prompt in picking up shrub or fallen limbs. People are not very good about following the posted speed limit of 10 miles per hour and have almost hit us a few times, they quite often run over the ducks and go out hunting for eggs so they can break them to keep the duck populations down. I wish they wouldn't have to kill the ducks. read more

The people who manage Evergreen village need to be replaced, they are rude and don't want to be bothered. They raise lot rent because of outsourcing yet keep the people that can't do the job on the payroll. The place needs new OUTSOURCED management. read more
