They were both extremely professional, always punctual, and very easy to work with. They were both very knowledgable, and answered every question I had in regard to my loan and the whole process. They sent me listings everyday with properties that I was interested in, and were always readily available to show a property to me on a moments notice. I have worked with other agents in the past, but none compared to the quality service I received from them. They were very patient with helping me find the exact property I was looking for, and I never felt pressured by them at any time to hurry up and purchase a property. They are very genuine and their actions showed that they care about making the customer happy, instead of treating me like just another dollar sign. I have already referred them to some of my colleagues, and I highly recommend them to anyone else looking to purchase a home. Thank you Andrew and Karla for your services, you both made it possible for me to find the property I wanted and provided me with peace of mind.

We have known Randy for over 20 years. He helped us buy and sell many years ago and both…read moretransactions were flawless. When we recently had to move out of state for a job relocation, we turned to Randy again to get us out of a deep jam we were in with our home. It had already languished on the market for 6 months with another company that was tried because of a friendship loyalty. But as January came, we had already moved and needed the house to sell in a matter of weeks. We needed some crazy marketing and needed it yesterday. To our delight and amazment, Randy had it in escrow within 3 days of listing. Then the rains hit. And hard. We had a roof leak, the buyers backed out, and we were out of state. I will tell you, do NOT do to this man what we did. He handled EVERYTHING to do with the repairs and contractors on his own. He kept us up-to-date daily, and sometimes hourly, while all the work was being completed. He listened to our finance woes, timing woes, distance woes, and stayed positive, upbeat, and efficient throughout. He dealt with bids and invoices and all the yuck that comes with coordinating multiple contractors. He did NOT sign up this. When a realtor sells your home, they are selling the home for their earned commission, not earning for babysitting a disaster. There are not enough thanks in the universe to give him for the amount of integrity and grace he gave us. 24/7. When all the work was completed, he had it back on the market and back in escrow in 4 days, closing in 30. He followed up and followed through on every teeny detail. He knows all the things about all the things. He knows the people to turn to for top marketing. For repairs. For photos. For literally everything. Please, hire him for a normal sell or purchase. He deserves it. And the best part is, no matter how weird your situation is, he's already seen worse from us. So you will be a breeze! He is THE best realtor in the valley. Use him. You are safe in his hands.
