There was a very large amount of preparation work on the west side of my cedar clad house . Using advanced sanding skills, they saved a tremendous amount of siding that normally would be replaced. The painting went very well, lots of detailed masking, covering windows, covering foliage and attention to details (down to 1" brushes) produced excellent results. Their work areas were left clean and orderly everyday. They were respectful and worked very hard to please us. They did. Based on that successful job, I have also hired them to help with restoring our flood damaged finished basement. While not his job, Eddie proved to be better a drywaller than the people I hired to replace it, and the bum I hired to fix their mistakes (but, that's another review ) This is a good contractor, that works hard, keeps his word, and the result if nearly perfect.

He was able to start in our time frame (it's a rental and we wanted it done while vacant) that was less than 2 weeks later. His communication skills are outstanding!!! They were amazing and did everything from repairing defects, re-mortaring the chimney, getting the old vines sanded off, re-glazing the windows; there was nothing they could not do! The answer was always YES! They were efficient, reasonable, talented, polite, honest, hard working, respectful. The property was cleaned up daily. They finished way before I anticipated despite rain. I will never use anyone else. I cannot wait for him to do my house and the rest of the rentals. My only reservation on recommending them is they will be too busy to get me on the schedule again lol

I feel compelled to add to my previous review. On Wednesday, they were supposed to show up at…read more9:30Am and didn't. So, I spent FIVE hours cleaning the mess they made, putting everything away, and reinstalling the light switch figures that they removed. Then, at 2:30pm Estik's partner showed up, not even able to speak one word to me. I asked, "What happened to you?" And he called Estik, then spoke into his translator App. and Estik typed into the phone message that he was on another job in Tennessee and his car broke down. I told him I didn't want them to come back because alot of what they did has to be done over. Then later around 3:30pm Estik showed up at my door and asked my to take down the review. Then he was confused about a payment he received from another client and said he didn't want to double charge me. I told him that his $500.00 deposit cleared and the $250.00 cash payment that he asked me for on the first day was processed. He offered to give my money back if I take down the review. On the first day he was here I typed my name and phone number into his phone and he obviously deleted it and blocked me because he asked me again what my name was and for my phone number. One last thing, he left a pile of paint pieces on the floor next to the water heater. I didn't notice until my puppy came to me with pieces of it in his mouth! I was upset and tried to return the paint to Sherwin Williams because they gave me the wrong shade of green. While online I was venting to the person next to me and the worker at the counter overheard my conversation and accused me of being "racist" and refused to help me. In conclusion, Estik showed very poor judgement and a lack of respect. I have never had anyone ask me for cash in advance, abandon the job and leave everything a mess!!!!

If you're looking for a roofing contractor who truly goes above and beyond, I highly recommend Zach…read moreSchumack and his team at Leonic Collective. After my insurance claim was denied twice, like most people I was ready to give up. Instead, with Zach's expert coaching, I fought the good fight and didn't give up. He was there for me every step of the way. He knew exactly how to navigate the process, advising me on what to say, do and expect. He fiercely advocated on my behalf until the insurance company finally gave up and approved my claim. Working with insurance companies is truly an endurance test. I ended up getting a brand-new roof at no cost to me through my insurance. Not only did his team knock it out in one day, but they also cleaned up meticulously, not even leaving one nail behind (which is important because I have children). I know none of this would have happened without Zach's persistence, expertise, and genuine commitment to me. If you need someone who is knowledgeable, honest, and willing to go the extra mile, Leonic Collective is the company to call. Please, don't even consider calling anyone else. They didn't just replace my roof, they gave me a better quality of life. I'm trying to refinance to lower my monthly costs, and now with my beautiful new roof my appraisal will be SO much better! Thank you for everything Zach! I will emphatically recommend you to everyone I know!
