We used Evergreen Irrigation yesterday. Patrick Felliol arrived on time and was terrific. He fixed all of our problems in our yard, provided advice as to improve the watering of all areas and explain basic adjustment we could make ourselves on the control panel. He had a very difficult situation digging through a maze of roots to get to one of the problem areas. Worked very hard on a hot summer day yet being very polite and making sure everything was left pristine when he finished. As an example. he moved all of the mulch before digging and then replaced the mulch when done. He has almost 40 years of experience and you can tell by the way he handles each situation. They came and left a big mess. I had dug all the trenches so they did not kill any of my plants but they didn't fill in anything when leaving. They didn't do a very good job of it. Lots of dry spots in the yard that are not getting any water. Even though they were told there were new plants they did not allow for the plants to grow. Plan changed from what they told me they were going to do verbally. I read the quote and thought it sounded like what we wanted, wrong. Didn't seem to want to change it when they were here. So I end up hand watering areas the water doesn't reach. They want fast in and out so that is what I got. I bought some extensions from Home Depot to try and get the sprayers so they would do some of the dry areas. We might have to get someone in again to fix it. read more

DO NOT HIRE THEM. They were dishonest about billing hours and when caught in their lie, they called the correction a "discount".

First, they forgot my scheduled appointment. I took the day off from work to be there, which cost me money. I had to call them to remind them. Someone came and didn't know what the work order was and had to call their office to confirm. Their employee was very upset at their office. They did half the job (2 hrs.) and told me I'd have to make another appt. to complete the job because they had to get to the next appt. I was shocked. Scheduled another confirmed appt. I once again took the day off. Then, they called back on that day to reschedule. Finally a week later they arrived, again late to finish the job. The workers are great, their H.O. Admin is horrible. I called to express my displeasure with the entire experience. They offered me what amounted to $10 dollars off my bill of $500 dollars. If you want them to come when you've scheduled a time don't expect them to arrive on time or come at all. Two days off from work (lost $400) and a final bill that was measurably higher than what was quoted. I would think twice before using this service. read more
