He brought a super handy brochure with all the local info, walked us through the safety course, and made the whole thing incredibly easy. The man is basically half boat-coach, half IT support. From there the experience in purchase and trade was extremely satisfying. The Travis brothers, and Tim in Sales did everything I could ask for in purchasing the boat, from greeting me at the dealership, answering all my questions, making me feel satisfied with the product, helping with my finance and insurance agent, to delivering the boat at my desired location. Dockmaster, is truly the biggest asset this company could ever have. We were given a slip for the night at an excellent rate, coffee'd up, hot showered (showers were the cleanest of any marina we have ever seen), given use of his personal vehicle to make a run to West Marine, and he taught us many things we did not know that would help to make the rest of our journey not only fun but safe. We are so new to sailing, that he even helped us get into the slip safely. He then pointed us to a quaint little Coney Island restaurant right around the corner where we had a good meal with great conversation with everyone there. We honestly can't say enough about how great he made our stay! If you are ever in the area and need a clean, wide slip with great people to help in any way they can, make sure you stop in at Pier 81 and ask for Craig!
