It was so salt and dirt covered, I couldn't even see the numbers on my license plate. I got gold wash with interior cleaning. I stopped at a store after and when I returned to the store parking lot, I almost couldn't find my car. It looked like it just came off the showroom floor. My car is 17 years old. It is beautiful, even the rims sparkeled. Every worker at Dean Street Car Wash was very friendly and worked very fast. It was a pleasure having them work on my car. I highly recommend Dean Street Car Wash after my experience there today. From the time I picked out my choices, watching my car through the window to the cashier. Everyone was very friendly. I've been to Prestige in Stoughton twice, and both times the wash failed to clean the back of my car, especially the rear window and trunk. The first time I mentioned it, the only solution offered was a quick wipe with a dirty rag--nothing was done for the rest of the car, which was still dirty. When an issue like this happens, there should at least be a courtesy rewash or some effort to make it right. Instead, I paid for a service that didn't deliver. I kept my subscription hoping it was a one-time issue, but after it happened again--and with prices increasing--I decided to cancel. The only reason I'm giving one star is because I have to. Very disappointing experience.

This happened to my brand new truck and there were tiny brush scratches all over the truck right after I exited the wash. I had the proof to show them but the manager claimed no responsibility and tried to say it was from something else which we all knew it wasn't. He offered me a free detail with wax which only hid the scratches until the wax wore off. I don't recommend this place for anyone with a nice paint job. This car wash will destroy it no matter how much they claim it's not their fault.
