The staff and doctor are very nice and the office is very clean and professional. They are…read moreextremely focused on money more so than the patient. My first contact was about how I was going to pay and collecting the deposit. At least every other sentence was about the money. They said they would help with insurance billing so I ask them to contact my insurance in advance of the appt To determine what was covered and they did not. I ended up not getting my wisdom tooth pulled because my dentist referred the wrong tooth and I have to have another visit with him. aocs would not refund my 100 deposit or give me credit for a future visit. I will need the service once I straighten out the orders, but I will not go back there. I want a dr. Who is patient focused and not just money focused.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Before scheduling my…read moreappointment, I specifically asked whether my insurance was in-network and was assured by the call center that it was. However, after receiving an x-ray and cleaning, I was unexpectedly charged $100 at checkout. When I questioned this, I was then told that my insurance was actually out-of-network. To make matters worse, a couple of months later I received an additional bill for $236 because my insurance did not cover the services due to being out-of-network. This was extremely frustrating and could have been completely avoided had I been given accurate information from the start. While I did enjoy the staff who performed my cleaning and x-ray, the overall experience was overshadowed by the misinformation and unexpected costs. I feel misled and ended up paying hundreds of dollars for services that could have been fully covered at an in-network provider. Because of this experience, I will not be returning and would not recommend any Wilson Martino location in West Virginia.

I called to once again reschedule for three days following. They did not answer and never returned my voicemails. Not only is their reception clearly unprofessional but the disregard by the entire team to just toss appointments around and cancels whenever if a joke. They also will listen to your concerns and just refer you to a specialist that will find out you had no issues that Aspen believed you did and charge you an extra $400 just for going. I could probably receive better dental care from the nail Salon beside them.

The staff was nice, but the actual dentist is rude and inconcederate. It could have been an off day…read morefor her but I don't see myself ever going back. Human decency and consideration should take priority in a career like dentistry. She doesn't have either. As an anxious patient with a fear of dentists - she reinforced my worry. I had my significant other with me and she belittled me for needing that sense of security as well as made remarks about my age and him being there as "inappropriate" when, in all honesty her commentary was what was inappropriate. If I could give this less than one star - I would.

My husband had to cancel his appointment last minute. It was unavoidable- he owns his own business…read moreand he doesn't always get to control his schedule. When I called to reschedule- I got a scolding from the receptionist about keeping the next appointment. Now, I don't have an issue with their policy- if he missed it again, they wouldn't reschedule. What I have a problem with is the haughty, condescending tone of this appointment keeper. She had no idea why we cancelled and she could have explained the policy in a polite manner. I probably wouldn't be quite as irritated by the exchange if i thought for one second this doctor has never cancelled a patient appointment and has never made a patient wait. It goes both ways - the patient's time is just as important as the doctor's. Get rid of the holier than thou attitide and be a better representative for your boss. Update - after I wrote this, my husband told me he called back because he was so ticked by the interaction. This unprofessional person had the nerve to tell him I was rude to her. He told her she was a f-ing liar because he was sitting right next to me. I also looked at previous reviews and comments and it seems this person needs to get out of customer service. I'm also glad we didn't proceed because it looks like from other comments that the receptionist is getting customer service training from the doctor. Look at other rating platforms too- avoid this place! We also told the dentist who referred us.
