My wife and I are beyond excited to write this review for Lisa Perez at Day One of Forever.  We had…read moreno clue what to look for in a wedding planner because we had never done this before.  In our first conversation with Lisa, we knew how much she cared and how much she loved what she does.  She is real and honest, and it was very apparent, she works hard.  We were engaged in April of 2018 and married by October of 2018.  6 months is not a long time to plan a wedding!  In that short span of time, she helped organize so much!  Through the process, she was cool, collected, she dealt with challenges, she was a great intermediary for all the vendors, she had ideas, we could defer to her for things and she was honest and helpful, she had recommendations for great vendors, she CARED about executing our vision, within our budget, and was basically an extension of my wife.  She didn't even know she needed that!  She is an "in control", "get things done", type A, kind of bride, and Lisa was just what She needed.  Lisa committed her heart until the very end of our wedding day when the last people were going home.  We would recommend her for your wedding in a heartbeat!!   Thank you Lisa!!

On the day of the party, Bryan and his team showed up early to look at the space and decide where to set up. The team was back a couple hours before party time and by the time my guests arrived everything was ready to go. The presentation was gorgeous and the food was exceptional!! There's always so much to do when you're hosting! We've all been there, the night flies by and you barely spoke to any guests. Our local moms group recommended Paul. Though my event was casual, you'd never know that. Paul prepped beforehand and came prepared as though I was hosting a gala and carried that energy the whole evening with all of my guests. Literally breaking out the silver platter to serve drinks and assist with whatever was needed. Each guest who reached out post the event, thanked me for a great night and mentioned Paul in their messages. If you want to be able to enjoy your own event and connect with your guests, hire Paul. You will be so grateful that you did! I've led large scale events for work for a very long time and Paul can make any event, casual to gala level fancy, absolutely shine! Some of our wedding flowers were absolutely beautiful. But the most important ones, the ceremony…read morearrangements, were a real letdown. The quality felt inconsistent, and when we reached out afterward, we never heard back. If you're thinking about booking them, there are a few things we wish we had asked up front. We hired Vaso Bello for our wedding at La Quinta Resort in May 2025. We met with a few florists, but Ron stood out right away. He seemed to really get what we wanted. Even though the quote was a little higher than others, we felt good about putting our trust in him. His style is beautiful and the reviews were glowing, so we felt confident we'd be in great hands. To be fair, some parts of the floral design were exactly what we hoped for. We loved the terracotta vases on the dinner tables, and the flowers in our lounge area were absolutely stunning. They were full, colorful, and just gorgeous. That part truly felt like us. But that same care didn't carry through to everything. The ceremony florals, which were supposed to frame us during our vows, ended up being really underwhelming. They felt small, dull, and nothing like what we had imagined or discussed. They didn't add any real impact to the moment. Those arrangements are now in all our ceremony photos, and it's hard not to feel disappointed by that. We emailed after the wedding to share how we felt and ask if they could offer any explanation or even just acknowledge it. We never got a response. We're not sharing this to be harsh. We know how much work goes into weddings, and we truly believe Vaso Bello is capable of beautiful designs. We just didn't get consistency, and the lack of follow-up made it harder to move on. If you're thinking about working with them, we'd suggest being really clear about which floral moments matter most to you. Don't assume that just because something is in the proposal, it will be prioritized. If your date falls near a big flower weekend like Mother's Day (which ours did), ask how that could affect things. And don't be shy about checking in before the wedding to make sure everything is still on track. We hope this helps other couples going through the planning process. Every couple deserves to feel great about their wedding day and their photos. Update: After we posted this review, Ron reached out, apologized, and offered a refund for half of the ceremony florals. We appreciated the follow-up and the gesture. It didn't change how we felt about the experience overall, but it did show that he cared and wanted to make it right.

She left our event for an "emergency" at another event only to return at the very end to help tear down. She comes off as sweet & honest, but it's only to get you to sign her contract. She will mislead you into thinking she will be there to handle any problems at your event. Definitely don't hire this person for your wedding!
