Disney princess back drop

After countless hours searching for a backdrop online for my daughter's 5th birthday party, I came across Event Step and Repeat. Daniel was quick, helpful and knowledgeable in all aspects of the printing process. He made sure everything was perfect before making a decision and more importantly followed up after the event. Another important aspect was pricing. We had a smaller budget as other vendors were already booked. Daniel worked with us on the pricing and made sure everything was within our budget. We have many more birthday parties coming up and we now have one vendor that we can always count on for all events. Thank you ES&R and special thanks to Daniel for being respectful, honest and reliable.

My first experience ordering from here was easy and painless and the banner came out perfect. They have great customer service and when something about my order wasn't clear, Daniel called right away to clarify before printing. Their website is clear and easy to use. I highly recommend and will definitely be back the next time I need large-scale printing.

We needed a birthday banner for my daughter with a quick turnaround time and event step and repeat was able to help get it done in 2 days. The quality of the banner is top notch and they were able to make sure I had the right equipment in place so that it could be displayed properly. Will definitely go back to them with all my banner needs!

Used as a backdrop. Red carpet was also purchased here at Event Step & Repeat.

Color Images Copy & Print

A great local print shop that was able to quickly turn around our custom print job. The initial…read morecontact was promptly replied to and they made it easy to send them what we needed to print in short order. They beat their quoted turnaround time and we were very satisfied with the print quality and super fast turnaround. It's no wonder this shop has survived while many of the ones that used to exist in the area, are long gone. Would definitely come here again for any print needs and you should as well.

I just need 2 copies made from an original photo. Thats all. Color Images replies saying it was $5 and can be done while I wait. I replied to confirm and they said it was easy and to come on down. So I send my husband in the following day to drop off the picture. After dropping it off he calls me back and tells me how rude the guy at the counter was to him and just how complicated he made a simple task seem. He said the guy acted like it was just a huge inconvenience, asking several questions for what should be simple and self explanatory and complaining that they normally do larger jobs , blah blah blah. At the end of the day I hadn't heard back from them as promised to let me know it was ready. I was already on a time crunch, because I intended this picture as a gift to someone who was visiting so I stopped by to see if it was finished (4pm, drop off was 9am) and the guy said "Oh, I forgot, let me warm up the machine". About 10 min later I have the copies. Now remember, I specifically asked for a color print of a glossy photo and they specifically responded that they can provide this. What I got was AWFUL. It was a morphed, discolored, paper copy. Common sense dictates that if someone asks for a copy of a glossy photo then theyd get a glossy photo in return. Its was so terrible. I think he even tried to balance the color, which made it worse...... The original photo was taken is soft lighting but it came out like it was red..... I dont even know how to explain it other than it was absolute garbage. Like I said, maybe they do good work on large print jobs but this place had no business reaching out to me when I was specific about what I was looking for AND the guy who is at the service desk is rude and unprofessional. I dont care about the measly $5. I care that my time was wasted and that both my husband and I were treated poorly. Oh, and I had to ask for my card back because he didnt return it at the end of the task and yes, he forgot because he sent me on my way before giving it back. I drove straight to CVS and printed out a perfect glossy duplicate for under $1.00, self service, took 3 minutes, the picture wasnt damaged or bent like I had feared which is why I did not go in the first place and no drama.

I am writing to formally report an extremely unpleasant experience I had this morning on May 7,…read more2026, around 8:22 AM at the Staples location at 3223 W 6th St, Los Angeles, CA 90020. I visited the store in a happy and positive mood because I wanted to order Mother's Day balloons for my family. Yesterday, while returning an Amazon package, I noticed rose-shaped balloons and decided to come back this morning to purchase them. At the front desk, I approached an employee named Ken -- a heavy-set man with curly permed hair -- because I believed he worked in the balloon section and could assist me. When I politely asked about ordering the rose balloons, his response was shockingly dismissive: "What? You look for it yourself. If it's not there, then we don't have it. Just look at the balloon pictures over there and pick one." I then pointed to a silver Mother's Day heart balloon on display and asked where it was located. His response again was: "I don't know. Just buy whatever is there." The tone was irritated, careless, and openly disrespectful. At that moment, I put all the balloons down and asked for his name. He simply replied, "Ken." What upset me most was not just the lack of assistance, but the complete absence of basic courtesy and professionalism. I truly do not understand why someone who appears so irritated by customer questions would choose to work in customer service -- especially in a department specifically selling celebration balloons for occasions like Mother's Day. If customers asking questions is such a burden, then why sell balloons at all? Why not clearly label the products and information instead of treating customers as an inconvenience? This experience completely ruined my morning and destroyed the joyful mood I had walking into your store to prepare something meaningful for Mother's Day. Honestly, experiences like this are what make people feel that AI and self-service machines are becoming preferable to human employees. At least machines do not make customers feel unwelcome for simply asking a question. I strongly urge management and corporate leadership to address this employee's behavior seriously and improve customer service standards at this location. No customer should be spoken to this way for simply asking for help. I would appreciate a response regarding how this issue will be addressed.
