Arman and Angela were extremely accommodating, professional and friendly. I had a sudden unexpected change with my scheduling for the day of my wedding and had everything pushed to earlier time slots. If it weren't for Arman's dedication and understanding, the event would have been a nightmare. Of all the vendors, Event City was the only one who hd every single item I need in the exact size and finish that we required. Where do i begin?... I came across EventCity's IG and was following them for awhile till i saw this amazing Proposal that was done for my husbands cousin... a month later i decided to plan my sisters Surprise Baby Shower and wanted to call and get an opinion. I called Event City and i happen to speak to Angela... I am so thankful i met such an amazing individual. Her friendly personality made it so easy for me to talk to her and let her know my vision. She made sure of my budget and did everything to work around it. Angelas Passion and dedication was everything for me... thats how i knew i can trust her with this special event i had in mind. She would work late hours and always stay in touch every moment! This event was SO special for me that i needed everything to be perfect , being me, i panic, stress and always keep changing ideas, but Angela was so confident in her work, she would always help me stay calm and relaxed. She helped me find other great vendors and was very communicative with them. One of the things i loved the most, was that her husband was also involved in the setting of the place. Arman was super friendly and very professional! An amazing team! I am so happy i met them both, and i cannot wait to work with Angela for my upcoming events! I have referred her to all my friends and family and i would do the same to yelpers that are looking for rentals/ coordinator or even a designer .... Here are some pictures! From my beautiful bridal shower they did, to my fairytale wedding. Angela was so amazing and brought my visions to life. Down to every single detail she was a perfectionist and made sure it turned out the way I wanted. She was so sweet throughout the entire process and really made it so much less stressful for me. Me and my husband walked into the hall and our jaws dropped at how beautiful she transformed it. It really didn't even look like the same place. Her team was on time, friendly, and got everything done in the time frames I needed. Arman and his team came over to days before my wedding to decorate my bridal room. They were extremely professional, very punctual and did not waste time and got right into decorating. I wanted to have sheer white curtains covering my walls to be able to have a solid white background they brought my vision to life with their freshly washed and pressed curtains. Arman was extremely easy to communicate with and was very open-minded to any ideas that I had. We even rented our sweetheart table and cake table for the hall from him including the candle light back drops for the hall as well. Everyone was extremely impressed and please by how it all came out and how elegant and great it looked in Photos. After the wedding they gave us a day to rest before coming to pick up the curtains and the rest of the things that they had installed. I am extremely pleased with Armand and his team for their tentative care and I will be sure to rent all my future party needs from them. Sidenote, they also do wedding planning as well.

Ok. I got to start off by saying how professional, reliable and responsible Event City was with the rentals for my wedding. I can guarantee that you won't go wrong with them. My venue changed several times and everything rented was always adjusted. Not once did he complain or tell me anything other than to not worry and it will be handled. Arman showed us all the images of venues he's done and shared with us his honest opinion and designs he saw works very well. Several items I wanted to rent and he straight out told me that there is no point in spending money for that. Like backdrops for example. The one thing I have to say that really stood out to me was a few days ago before the wedding. I went over to him to finalize things and told him that I would be connecting him to the manager of the venue so he can coordinate. I took a 30 minute ride home, called the manager and he told me Arman had already got in contact with him and everything was set! He set up the beautiful stages, tables, plates, floor decals, etc and sent me pictures two days before the wedding day. 100% would recommend event city to everyone for rentals to worry about 1 less thing for their big day. read more

Arman is absolutely the best!!! We rented just about everything from Event City for our wedding at Calamigos Ranch. Their pricing is competitive, they have a great selection of rentals, and Arman is extremely helpful and responsive. We had a ton of changes to make to our quote throughout the planning process and Arman was always happy to make the updates. Event City LA!!! I remember the day i messaged Arman, and i have to say he's pretty amazing! Personality, kind, caring and he delivers. I rented my head table chairs and cake table for my wedding from him. I couldn't believe how beautiful his pieces are. He's always responsive and follows up, even the morning of the wedding and the day after. Event City LA is a vendor you can never go wrong with. Well well well!! I don't know where to start. Arman was one the best vendors we hired for our wedding. He knows what he's doing at his job. I wanted to have gold chandeliers as centerpieces and i can say that i went to the most popular rental companies, and all they said was that they have never done it before and they cannot do it, till i met Arman. He had the nicest crystal gold chandeliers, he really liked the idea of using chandeliers as centerpieces and he made it happen. Yay!! Also i was looking for a cake table with wheels so we can bring it to the dance floor to cut. He didn't have it, but guess what!! He customized one!! I also got rly nice gold charger plates from him. I can't explain in words how nice personality he has and passionate in his job!! He responded right away to all my texts and was very humble. Day of the wedding! The minute I walked in to the banquet hall i was AMAZED !!! Everything looked beyond our expectations!! Thank you Arman and his team for being a beautiful part of our wedding. read more

Arman is heaven-sent! Unfortunately, it has become accepted in the Armenian community that weddings will be stressful to coordinate. This is so unnecessary. The only aspect making weddings stressful are the poorly performing vendors--the jeweler makes the jewelry late, the bridal store promises the world and delivers crap, the florist ignores instructions and does whatever she wants, etc. I AM NOT EXAGGERATING ONE BIT WHEN I STATE THAT ARMAN WAS THE ONLY VENDOR WHO MADE GRAND PROMISES, EXCEEDED HIS OWN PROMISES, AND REPEATED THE SAME. Arman's prices are the best. Arman's products are the best. Most importantly, Arman is a ridiculously good person. I am so pleased to have used Arman's services. I wholeheartedly recommend Event City. Thank you so much, Arman. You will always be remembered as a special part of my special day! read more

This place was the first rental place i visited and i didn't even think about checking other places. Arman is such an amazing individual. Whoever got married before they knew how hard is to plan a beautiful wedding as a girl all of us wants the most beautiful wedding with the details. I run around a lot for my wedding booking vendors buying dress bridesmaids dress and etc. But that was not all I wanted details for my banquet hall I wanted to change so many stuff in there and that was nit possible for me to do it I searched a lot I asked around from my friends who got married before me and I finally find Event city. Late delivery + communication issues, but the delivery crew was great…read more I used Rental Avenue for furniture rentals for an event and spent around $7,000. Unfortunately, the experience was incredibly stressful due to logistics and communication. The delivery showed up about 6 hours late, which completely threw off our setup timeline. Because they were so behind, I ended up having to stay at the property until 10:00 PM just to get everything placed and ready. To make matters worse, communication with the office was really difficult -- at one point, we had to have the delivery guys call the office repeatedly just to get someone on the phone and get direction/answers. That should never be on the customer (or the crew) to chase down. I'll say this: the delivery guys were honestly great. They were professional, kind, and clearly doing their best under the circumstances. We also ran into an issue with the table/chair heights. When you're spending thousands and already dealing with a massively late delivery, the last thing you need is attitude. A simple "no worries, we'll get it sorted" would have gone a long way. Overall: great delivery crew, but the late delivery, hard-to-reach office, and the tone when resolving the setup issue made this a frustrating experience. I really wanted this to be a smooth, professional rental process, but it wasn't. I would not recommend.

The team arrived almost an hour late, several seat cushions were visibly stained and even molded, the cushion covers were not all the same color we had asked for when booking, and some of their staff were rude to us. Members of our own team had to jump in to cover cushions, tie them to chairs, and set them up to attempt an on-time event start, despite having had many other things to take care of for the event. At one point, our own executive leadership, who had arrived to attend the event, were helping assemble chairs just to keep things moving. Post event, we expressed our extreme disappointment, and after some back and forth over the course of weeks, the company did acknowledge the issues and agreed to provide a partial refund. Unfortunately, despite months of follow-up and repeated assurances, it has now been over FIVE months, and the refund has still not been provided. I normally prefer to handle situations like this privately and give disappointing companies the benefit of the doubt. But the lack of follow-through and accountability has been incredibly frustrating here, so much time has been wasted with nothing to show for it. I am sharing our poor experience, complete with photos of how the rental items arrived, so others can make an informed decision when considering booking with this company.

After getting quotes from multiple rental companies, event city was the obvious and easy choice. They were honest, fairly priced, easy to work with, and had the best quality.
