Arman and Angela were extremely accommodating, professional and friendly. I had a sudden unexpected change with my scheduling for the day of my wedding and had everything pushed to earlier time slots. If it weren't for Arman's dedication and understanding, the event would have been a nightmare. Of all the vendors, Event City was the only one who hd every single item I need in the exact size and finish that we required. Don't waste your time with research, just go directly to Event City and you will be in good hands Thank you again.

Where do i begin?... I came across EventCity's IG and was following them for awhile till i saw this amazing Proposal that was done for my husbands cousin... a month later i decided to plan my sisters Surprise Baby Shower and wanted to call and get an opinion. I called Event City and i happen to speak to Angela... I am so thankful i met such an amazing individual. Her friendly personality made it so easy for me to talk to her and let her know my vision. She made sure of my budget and did everything to work around it. Angelas Passion and dedication was everything for me... thats how i knew i can trust her with this special event i had in mind. She would work late hours and always stay in touch every moment! This event was SO special for me that i needed everything to be perfect , being me, i panic, stress and always keep changing ideas, but Angela was so confident in her work, she would always help me stay calm and relaxed. She helped me find other great vendors and was very communicative with them. One of the things i loved the most, was that her husband was also involved in the setting of the place. Arman was super friendly and very professional! An amazing team! I am so happy i met them both, and i cannot wait to work with Angela for my upcoming events! I have referred her to all my friends and family and i would do the same to yelpers that are looking for rentals/ coordinator or even a designer .... Here are some pictures! Amazinggg service! Arman was so helpful and sooo patient. I had to contact him a thousand times because I was indecisive, but he was so helpful. So lucky to have came across their IG and soo glad I went with their service. Also, they are so precise with their timing which I loved!! Highly recommended.

I own an Event Production and Venue company and have worked with various vendors and rental companies, so I can recognize an amazing one when I see one! Event City, Arman and his team stand head and shoulders above their competition! 1) They have some of the nicest luxury and unique rentals in SoCal 2) All their rentals are in great condition and they won't deliver anything scratched or damaged 3) They have THE best value hands down 4) Arman is always very responsive, professional, courteous and willing to help in any way he can 5) Their team that delivers and sets up all the rentals is wonderful to work with - they are very careful not to damage anything, respect each venue and private estate I work out of and are super helpful and hard working I highly, highly recommend them as you won't find a better rental and production company around!

Booked my rentals from Event City for my daughters 1st birthday. Arman was very helpful and available to answer all my questions. Prices were better compared to other companies I've inquired about and service was great as well! I also needed to add more products only a few days before my event and Arman helped me get those at well even though it was so last minute. Will definitely be renting from them again for my future events.

From my beautiful bridal shower they did, to my fairytale wedding. Angela was so amazing and brought my visions to life. Down to every single detail she was a perfectionist and made sure it turned out the way I wanted. She was so sweet throughout the entire process and really made it so much less stressful for me. Me and my husband walked into the hall and our jaws dropped at how beautiful she transformed it. It really didn't even look like the same place. Her team was on time, friendly, and got everything done in the time frames I needed. As it was in a hotel, they worked around all the crazy requirements and documents and not to mention how far they had to load their stuff and bring it back and forth. Not even one delay or complication, they absolutely nailed it. I can't wait to use Angela and her team again for all my events, we are so so happy. Arman and his team came over to days before my wedding to decorate my bridal room. They were extremely professional, very punctual and did not waste time and got right into decorating. I wanted to have sheer white curtains covering my walls to be able to have a solid white background they brought my vision to life with their freshly washed and pressed curtains. Arman was extremely easy to communicate with and was very open-minded to any ideas that I had. We even rented our sweetheart table and cake table for the hall from him including the candle light back drops for the hall as well. Everyone was extremely impressed and please by how it all came out and how elegant and great it looked in Photos. After the wedding they gave us a day to rest before coming to pick up the curtains and the rest of the things that they had installed. I am extremely pleased with Armand and his team for their tentative care and I will be sure to rent all my future party needs from them. Sidenote, they also do wedding planning as well.

I will be forever grateful for Event City - they not only have an awesome inventory but excellent service and prices as well! I contacted Arman and made an appointment to see their showroom to prepare my bridal room. He was so welcoming and friendly and made everything SO easy, such a cool guy. They delivered the products a day before my wedding and did a perfect job setting everything up, definitely exceeded my expectations and my bridal room was everything that I ever wanted. Late delivery + communication issues, but the delivery crew was great…read more I used Rental Avenue for furniture rentals for an event and spent around $7,000. Unfortunately, the experience was incredibly stressful due to logistics and communication. The delivery showed up about 6 hours late, which completely threw off our setup timeline. Because they were so behind, I ended up having to stay at the property until 10:00 PM just to get everything placed and ready. To make matters worse, communication with the office was really difficult -- at one point, we had to have the delivery guys call the office repeatedly just to get someone on the phone and get direction/answers. That should never be on the customer (or the crew) to chase down. I'll say this: the delivery guys were honestly great. They were professional, kind, and clearly doing their best under the circumstances. We also ran into an issue with the table/chair heights. I ordered tall chairs, but I had selected shorter cocktail tables. They did help fix the issue, which I appreciate -- but the way it was handled made me feel like I was being scolded for it. When you're spending thousands and already dealing with a massively late delivery, the last thing you need is attitude. A simple "no worries, we'll get it sorted" would have gone a long way. Overall: great delivery crew, but the late delivery, hard-to-reach office, and the tone when resolving the setup issue made this a frustrating experience. I really wanted this to be a smooth, professional rental process, but it wasn't. I would not recommend.

We chose a partial planning package so we could collaborate closely for the months leading up to the wedding, and it made all the difference. From table layouts to glow bars and all of the creative ideas in between, Jessica helped bring everything to life and together seamlessly. Jessica and her team always found solutions that made our vision possible and wedding day stress free. We also hired a full support team from Three Little Birds in addition to Jessica, our day of planner and Bre, our coordinator, and that decision paid off in a big way. The entire Three Little Birds team kept everything running smoothly and effortlessly, setting up, moving us through the ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing without a single hiccup. The event felt calm, organized, and joyful from start to finish, which allowed us to actually enjoy our day. We could not recommend Jessica and her team more highly.

We had an unbelievably disappointing experience with 3 Little Birds for our chairs and linens…read morerentals during a corporate event. The team arrived almost an hour late, several seat cushions were visibly stained and even molded, the cushion covers were not all the same color we had asked for when booking, and some of their staff were rude to us. Members of our own team had to jump in to cover cushions, tie them to chairs, and set them up to attempt an on-time event start, despite having had many other things to take care of for the event. At one point, our own executive leadership, who had arrived to attend the event, were helping assemble chairs just to keep things moving. Post event, we expressed our extreme disappointment, and after some back and forth over the course of weeks, the company did acknowledge the issues and agreed to provide a partial refund. Unfortunately, despite months of follow-up and repeated assurances, it has now been over FIVE months, and the refund has still not been provided. I normally prefer to handle situations like this privately and give disappointing companies the benefit of the doubt. But the lack of follow-through and accountability has been incredibly frustrating here, so much time has been wasted with nothing to show for it. I am sharing our poor experience, complete with photos of how the rental items arrived, so others can make an informed decision when considering booking with this company.

We booked her early-she was our first vendor booked-which was the best call as I loved having someone I could go to to help me verify vendors, suggest design options, and answer other random planning questions throughout my 1 1/2 year-long engagement. Most notably was how Claudia handled the extreme weather that caused us to have to change venues, 2 days before our wedding. She very nimbly helped me translate our existing layout and communicate our decisions and preferences to the venue. I'm so thankful that she orchestrated an outdoor ceremony, which was my goal, and designed the most beautiful interpretation of my dream in a completely new space. Finally, Claudia was kind and lighthearted throughout the entire process, but has exactly the type of direct forward, take-charge manner that is so needed when coordinating a wedding!
