After driving 30 minutes the owner called her and the appointment was given to someone else by accident after having it in the books. Just as weird, this happened after my wife left a poor review regarding the owner. The owner said "there is a conflict of interest" and my wife is banned from the business. Posted above is WV law stating this banishment is a violation ofF state and federal laws!! I'm looking for other clients that have been treated like this by the owner. Once again I'm getting an attorney to go after this owner! Oh...being I'm retired/disabled military my attorney is FREE.
