The administration of this clinic leaves a lot to be desired. The last straw was this week. I called on Monday to make an appointment and after giving my id information was told that I had been dropped as a patient with the doctor since I hadn't had an appointment for 2+ years. (Is it my fault that I'm healthy?) And then I was told I couldn't sign back up with the same doctor since he was no longer taking patients. So, that's enough of this stupid crap with Valdosta Medical Clinic. I found a different health care provider. If you enjoy dealing with staff incompetence, Valdosta Medical Clinic is the place for your health care needs. If you want less drama in your life, find a different healthcare provider.

They want you to text them to get in contact. It would be nice to talk with a regular person. Another thing you get put on hold and no one ever picks up.
