I didnt go to traffic court in amherst and had an outstanding bench warrant spent 7days in jail during which time my crack addicted sister got custody of my son by saying i would be in there for a year. She wanted my kid to gain the 1000$ a month child support payments. I told marilyn lew everytime we went to court hey my sister smokes crack in front of me i pick up my son and he is unsupervised. He ended up failing kindergarten due to absences numerous calls to CPS along with numerous calls from neighblrs no one did nothing i was never charged with neglect or abuse of my child she has admitted she does not want me to have my child and gives no reason. Fast forward 2018 my son was finaly removed due to my nieces taking pics of her crack pipes and no food. After CPS finally investigated they also found out through my neices and my son that he was being left alone for a whole day at a time. Everything i told marilyn lew the law guardians CPS was true and no one listened to me. Now since my sister was charged with neglect and pleaded guilty they changed my unlimited unsupervised to supervised visits just 2 hours a week. I did nothing for it to be changed but it did. The courts have dragged this case out over 12 months now and DSS has filed for termination of my parental rights. marilyn lew will make sure it does happen. Every Attorney i have had has fought for me guns blazing then after talking to marilyn Lew they walk out with their tail between their legs. So yes mr. Condon is guilty of this he has told a mother who has never abused her child i should surrender my rights that is kevin condons brilliant legal advice. What influence doesthe law guardian have with judges and free attorneys? So now i didnt show up for traffic court and it has ruined my life and split my family apart. Anyone else that is having problems with ECFC or marilyn lew please email or text me my email is claire.hershey1179@gmail.com phone # (716)605-4582 i am setting up a peaceful protest outside family court. I am not gonna see my son for ten years after they terminate my rights the most i can hope for is to raise awareness. Dont sit there with ur head in the sand lets take a stand!!!

The behavior we encountered was confrontational, combative, and completely irrational. Without question, this was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Staff was incapable of having a professional conversation and handled the situation in an extremely unprofessional manner. We were denied use of the pontoon boat for the day we had reserved. Rather than simply refunding that day, he abruptly canceled and refunded the remaining three days of our rental as well, then told us to leave. The entire interaction was completely unprovoked. I genuinely feel sorry for anyone who has to work under those conditions. The woman who initially helped us at the counter was kind and professional, and she appeared visibly shocked and uncomfortable with the way the staff was conducting himself and representing the business. If I were the owner, I would be deeply concerned about the quality of management and customer interactions taking place. Then again, business must be doing well if they can casually refund $1,600 and turn away paying customers without a second thought. Based on our experience, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
