Stopped here during our walk through Karlsruhe.
There just happened to be an exhibit about the most recent reconstruction after WWII. The majority of the church was destroyed, so it was rebuilt using old plans and pictures. The interior of the church is pretty basic and does not have the same type of decoration one sees in many of the other churches in Germany.
We attended an advent presentation later in the week that was free to all and thoroughly enjoyed the choirs as they sang advent songs.
This is not a "must see" church, but it is great if there are events. read more
