I have naturally oily skin and although I have been able to manage my acne and remain consistent with my skincare regime over the last few years, I felt that it was time for some deep cleaning. As you enter the building, there is a staircase you climb and a few doors scattered across the second floor. Once you go up the stairs, the Beauty Factory should be the (first?) door on the left. After knocking on the door, Naomi kindly welcomed us. The room was nicely decorated with a comfy chair in the corner for anyone who will be waiting. Soothing music filled the air and really created a calming environment. A few minutes after we were all acquainted and in our proper attire, Naomi began by steaming my face for roughly 10 minutes, after which she proceeded to extract any imperfections from my pores. She didn't leave a pore unnoticed I'll tell you that! I immediately felt her thoroughness, even with my eyes closed. Once Naomi extracted what she could, she then used the Microdermabrasion tool to clean off all the dead skin from my face. I felt very relaxed and the procedure had a type of cooling effect on my skin. Lastly, she applied a few of her magic serums on my face and massaged my neck, shoulders, and face. Naomi incorporated face massages throughout the facial which I believe helped reduce the appearance of fine lines and tightened my face. When those blissful 75 minutes were up, I was eager to look at myself in the mirror. Usually after a facial, my face becomes redder than a tomato and extraction marks are left on my skin. To my surprise, my skin color was not only the same as when I had first walked in, but my pores were cleaner than ever. I was glowing for the first time in years and I have Naomi to thank for that. I originally came to her because I had a ton of milia, enlarged pores, and wanted healthier skin overall. I can honestly say my skin has never looked better. I don't break out anymore, my pores are noticeably smaller, and every single time I leave an appointment my skin is glowing. It genuinely looks like I have no pores when I walk out. Her extraction technique is unlike anything I've ever experienced. She's incredibly gentle but so thorough, and somehow I've never been left with scarring or unnecessary irritation. You can tell she's invested so much into her education and has learned techniques from all over the world because her work is on a completely different level. Beyond her talent, she's just an incredible human being. Every appointment feels like catching up with someone who truly cares about you. She gives the best advice, celebrates your wins, encourages your goals, and somehow always knows exactly what you need to hear. I recently embarked on a transformative journey at Elena's Eustache Medical Spa in Beverly Hills, and I cannot praise it enough. This is my first ever yelp review because this is how strongly I feel about the UltraSlim treatment I received at Eustache by Elizabeth. I always had stubborn fat around my belly for years and couldn't shed it no matter how hard I worked out (I'm 5 feet tall, 116 pounds). I was two weeks away from my trip to Greece and was skeptical but I'm pleased to say I was so impressed and am extremely very happy with my new flat belly. I was able to enjoy my vacation with confidence and my boyfriend even took notice of my new looks and complimented me constantly. The treatment was 100% painless with NO side effects. I had a total of 4 sessions and I started to see results right away a day after my first. Weeks have passed and my stomach is still flat! Eustache is a lovely, private, relaxing, and clean facility with very professional staff. Elizabeth could not have been more professional, attentive and sweet to her clients. I would never have thought a non-intrusive treatment like this could yield amazing outcome within such a short period. I highly recommend the service. It's natural to be skeptical but give it a try. You will be surprised and I hope this review will give you the confidence to explore. read more

I don't know where I would be mentally and physically without Dr. Elena and the Eustache Institute! For starters I am the pickiest person when it comes to health and beauty and am usually underwhelmed. I have been going to Dr Elena since 2012. She is the best period! I had really bad PTSD after a major trauma and a toxic relationship and with her help and neurofeedback my trauma and PTSD completely subsided. Then in 2020 I suffered from a bad episode of IBS and intestinal Candida. I usually take supplements but this time it took longer and wouldn't resolve. I did the Balancer Pro and after just one lymphatic drainage I felt amazing. Not only did I loose my bloat completely but my figure and waist bounced back almost immediatelyI had much more energy and could focus much better. I haven't had any more stomach issues since . I also tried the ultra slim machine and besides bein 100 percent painless it delivers incredible results unlike the cool laser and many other machines that are painful, costly and don't deliver. I can sing Dr. Elena's praises all day long This is definitely the only one stop shop in Los Angeles for all of your beauty and wellness needs! read more

Dr Elena has done wonders for my son which is on the spectrum , I was running out of options trying to help my son, people were telling me to give him tablets, which for me I was totally against! One thing I didn't want to do was to dim his beautiful light , he was a delayed speaker, had learning difficulties and always had tantrums, then my wonderful friend introduced me , we have been seeing Dr Elena for the past 2 years now, my son brain was so active that he could never really get out what he wanted to say in one sentence, since having nuro feedback I can say my son does not have tantrums anymore, his behaviour is amazing , he now can read , and is so much more focused and is much more balanced , although he is still on the spectrum it is very mild now , she has done wonders for my son and family, I couldn't recommend Dr Elena enough, I tell all my friends and anyone who has concerns, the treatment is next level! I would highly recommend , happy child happy life ! read more

EUSTACHE INSTITUTE is amazing! It has become my favorite med spa, where I can re-energize and rejuvenate my body and my mind. Their equipment is top of the line and their staff is extremely professional and caring! I have not felt this great and satisfied with the results anywhere else... I have done Pulse for my aching knees and lower back from old injuries and felt like new after only 3 sessions. I did Oxygen Chamber and felt completely re-energized after a 60min session. But the best has been the UltraSlim red light where I melted away that stubborn belly fat that never seems to go away at the Gym. After just 5 - 6 sessions, I can see my 6-pack, which seemed lost for years.... Not to mention how sharp my mind felt after just a few sessions of Neurofeedback. What an amazing difference in my whole body/mind healing process. You have to try this place! I am hooked as I have never felt better.... Konstantin read more

I hit the jackpot when I found Eustache Institute! This place is an absolute gem. They were attentive, checking on me frequently and genuinely listening to all of my concerns. I'm already looking forward to my next visit next month because they made me feel like a part of their family. Plus, they offer a range of services that you won't find anywhere else. It's like they have a secret menu of treatments that not many people know about. And the best part? Their services are incredibly affordable compared to other places.
